I was a little surprised at the ai greeting that would be the only uncomfortable part about the whole experience.

Bed comfy, nice pool, easy fast check in with a machine

First, there's the Virtual Front Desk (or whatever it's called). I get that it's probably a way to save on staffing, but that thing gave me the ick every morning when I went to grab coffee. The toilet had a personality. It would only flush if I stood there holding the handle down until the entire flush was finished. Not the end of the world, just...odd. I upgraded to a room with a microwave and refrigerator because nightly popcorn is a tradition. Turns out there weren't enough outlets to have both the TV and the microwave plugged in at the same time, so I had to choose between entertainment and popcorn. That's a choice no one should have to make. That said, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC cold, the water hot, and the shower pressure was absolutely out of this world. Overall? It wasn't fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and the price was right. A few little quirks, but nothing that ruined my week.

Clean room is very terrible, hair pet in floor, curtains.

I specifically asked for two rooms side by side due to travel with children and that was not accommodated. Was told at check in they were side by side and it wasn’t. Booked my room over 2 months in advance with notes and apparently the staff doesn’t read the notes or plan. I had no soap or anything in the room. Luckily I brought my own and was only staying 1 night.

The on site staff was very friendly when being able to deal with one.

We had a crowded, small room that just barely allows for sleep and shower. The owners are clearly do the best they can with what they have but is a primitive stay at best.

I didn’t really like having to wait in line to check in and talk to somebody over a video computer. I always prefer face-to-face in person. The TV had very limited channels and with no guide to tell you what channels were what otherwise everything else was good. They offered free coffee, clean rooms and hotel and well kept

Pool advertised but pool was empty with no water and closed.

We didn’t even stay. It stunk & was so disgusting. There wasn’t a person at front desk. It was a computer screen.

The check in was horrible. The human in a box did her job but the speakers were hard to understand and the process was terrible. It took to long and puts all the burden on the person paying the bill. If this is the future for Motel 6 I'll pay more to stay somewhere else.

Room was very clean. Good price dogs stay free that was a plus. No in room coffee had to go up to office and no refrigerator in room McDonald's very close by

Room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The place was really quiet. Good coffee in the office. Nice staff. We had a good overnight stay at a good price. We will stay here again.

TV wasn’t working. No one to call about it. No one at the office. Only some guy on a TV.

My first time using a virtual attendant to check in. Didn't get to swim because pool wasn't working.

Okay for a short, low-cost stay. No refrigerator or microwave. Bed was comfortable.
