Staff is good. It’s clean. Breakfast was as expected. The back door though it doesn’t lock and there’s homeless people right behind the hotel so that’s kinda scary knowing that door is always unlocked. The rooms honestly don’t seem to of been updated ever. The fridge can’t keep things cold or frozen in the little freezer box and anytime you use the microwave the lights flicker. Only one side of the bed has an outlet so my partner couldn’t charge their devices conveniently. Maybe it’s just an extremely soft bed but it was super uncomfortable.

Parking and breakfast were okay , but the hotel itself was dated and poorly maintained.

If zero stars was an option I’d choose that. Dirty, dingy, outdated and the neighborhood around the property felt genuinely unsafe. When I reported to the front desk that the rear door to the property (right next to my room) wouldn’t lock, and that someone had wandered in and was trying to access the rooms (including mine while I was in it) they did nothing. Genuinely one of my worst travel experiences.

Friendly staff, recently updated rooms, nice pool, comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay!

The stay wasn’t exactly the greatest but it was tolerable. When checking in I was greeted by the 3rd shift younger white woman who was very kind helpful and quick at checking us in. However the other skinny Indian woman who works the front desk was rude and has a bad attitude. The taller white man who works front desk was no where to be found while he was outside smoking. The workout room has a broken weight lifting machine. The pool area may get cleaned but the pool does not. The top layer of water has massive amounts of hair just floating around so I did not even want to get in. There was breakfast all three nights but the sausage wasn’t edible either day the gravy had a weird taste. They do not offer cots. We did have clean sheets so that’s a plus. This is more of a budget friendly hotel all and all this hotel is worth about 80 a night at the most and that’s being generous . Not worth the 125 we paid per night. Also the electricity went out on Friday and when I asked about discount or any accommodation the Indian lady first tried to play dumb and say when did the electricity go out I then said Friday thats when the tall white man so rudely instantly interjected that since the whole grid went out that we were not entitled to nothing. When in fact the car wash right behind hotel had power, bigby coffee and the gas station across the street. But I didn’t even care to argue so I choose to share this information with you.. They also do not offer WiFi at the hotel neither..

The elevator did not work forcing my handicapped wife to use the stairs, a very challenging experience.

Room was dirty and smells. Didn’t look safe either and if we didn’t check in at midnight we would have canceled and left right when we pulled in. Checked out first thing in the morning. Staff were nice and understanding.

This hotel is extremely outdated and is not 2.5stars as advertised. The rooms stink so badly it gave us headaches. The bathrooms were dirty but if you manage to turn the shower on the water pressure was good. We unfortunately arrived late and just needed 1 night to rest but I’ll never stay again and do not recommend this place until it’s fully renovated.

All good

Fitness room equipment needs fixed or replaced. Most did not work. Also just a couple of free weights available. WORST fitness room ever encountered at any hotel!

Room was great but the bed was a little uncomfortable

First I will say the staff was great and very helpful. The bad things are the beds are not comfortable, honestly they were broke, the ac is so loud it was hard to sleep, the rooms didn’t smell very good, it’s super outdated and honestly not worth what we paid at all. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel at all. I was ready to leave at 3 in the morning because I could not sleep due to the sound and bed.

A delightful stay and will recommended to all my friends.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in for a while the pool area was immaculate. There was no dust anywhere. Coffee bar in the lobby was maintained filled full. Always hot and ready. Staff was so nice. Rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet. It was an excellent day.

Had a comfortable room and stay. Though the property shows definite signs of aging (ie- the bathroom door was primed but unpainted, aging carpet in hallways). All in all, happy with the stay.
