Clean room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Needed a place to rest after a long day of driving & events. This location was perfect.

Relatively new - very clean and comfortable.

Hotel does not have a generator and lost power during a storm for 4 hours and did not want to give credit since it was out of their control. No amenities or a/c during a heat advisory, leaking ceiling and fire alarm went off at 11pm. Very unpleasant stay and no hospitality, apology or communication from staff. Could have stayed at a motel for that level of service.

Breakfast exceeded expectations! Room quiet, clean and very comfortable. All staff very friendly. The location is fine. Very easy to unload and reload your stuff. Nice pool! The town of Elyria is not terribly interesting, which has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel! Convenient to 80/90 is you're traveling by car/bus.

The facility was clean, unfortunately the laundry area was broken, and we had laundry to do, but other than that it was a fine stay.

It was exactly as I expected a Holiday Inn Express to be based on the previous stays I have had at others. The location was slightly inconvenient but manageable. Also, the breakfast ran out of items without it being refilled in a timely manner.

Perfect stay for you and/or family to continue your road trip.

Clean, newly remodeled, good amenities. Friendly staff. Large TV with multiple viewing stations. Appreciated that shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was supplied. Breakfast options were included in price of room. Snacks and forgotten personal items were located near check-in desk and available for purchase. Room appeared clean and the sheets were comfortable. Ample towels. Good room and bathroom lighting. Room temperature wasveasily adjusted. Easy on, easy off Ohio Turnpike. Bed needed a more sustantial mattress pad. Strong chemical smell that did not dissipate in room but staff said they only use environmentally friendly products.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Elyria by IHG! It was a perfect home base for our family to attend Oberlin College commencement festivities. All the staff, from the front desk, to the kitchen/breakfast room, and housekeeping, provided friendly, HELPFUL service. The housekeeping staff in particular made sure they serviced our room when requested and provided us with fresh towels daily. In addition to ensuring the cleanliness of our room, housekeeping also did a great job keeping public spaces spotless! The breakfast at this property was also pretty darn good-- great choices of traditional (eggs, bacon, etc) and healthier fare (oatmeal, egg white omelet, etc). Our favorite were the flapjacks that were cooked in an impressive tabletop machine! All in all, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodations in the area!

Stayed here for the war on the shore, convenient location, nice place. Would stay here again

Very comfortable bed and pillows, blackout shade was amazing, grateful for hot oatmeal with walnuts and raisins every morning. The only thing I would change, swap out the dove products and supply something a little less toxic. I would also invest in smart TVs for the rooms.

Clean spacious rooms and good breakfast, however lots of noise from people above me and the shower did not get as hot as I would have liked.
