Everyone at the front desk was lovely, bed was very comfortable. No guide information on the television

Location was centrally located Open shower was uncomfortable and let shower water leak onto bathroom floor

Staff were nice and helpful. However the property was not well maintained. Some parts of our room were cleaned well, beds were nice and clean, but bathroom was not. The shower walls and tub were very dirty, toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall.

At check-in not much information was provided. I was just given a room number and a key. There was not much information in the room. I had no idea that there was no room service. I went to the restaurant to order food and The staff member was sitting in a booth on the side. He did not get up to attend me until I rang the bell. I had to go to the front desk to request sheets for the sofa bed since there was none in the room. Not quite sure if I’ll ever stay here again.

The stay was good, and the Hotel was well maintained and clean. Nothing to do with hotel but the Area was sad.

Could be a bit cleaner and updated but ok and comfy enough. Check in was speedy!

The pool area was very dated. You could see hair floating in it. The carpet throughout the hotel needed cleaned.

Hotel was newer and looked nice. Bed was comfortable. My booking said breakfast included - it was not. That was disappointing.

I was very satisfied with my stay, the room was great and the service was good. Me and my wife did not have any issue with or at the hotel. I wish I could say the same about other hotel I stayed at, this was a very pleasant stay. Nothing, No issue, No problems

Friendly night shift manager. Gave me extra towels when asked. Housekeeping came in to clean and we were out of toilet paper. They cleaned and gave fresh towels but I needed to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper after we returned.

Asked multiple times for housekeeping and didn’t receive fresh sheets/towels.

Several basic amenities were not functioning properly—the TV didn’t work, and the shower head was broken. The “included breakfast” was also misleading; instead of being complimentary, everything had to be purchased separately, with prices like $7 for a bagel and $8 for a 12 oz beer. The pool was extremely small, closer in size to a hot tub, and the refrigerator in the room was so limited that it couldn’t even fit a gallon of milk. The surrounding area was also disappointing, with most nearby businesses closed down, leaving the area feeling empty and run-down. If you’re planning to stay in this area, I would strongly recommend considering other nearby options that offer better value and more reliable amenities.

I loved the room and bed was so comfortable. The lobby was beautiful. We booked a room with breakfast and confirmation said breakfast included in price but at hotel was told only I or my husband could have breakfast not both of us.
