The pool was right across from my room. It was so convenient. Breakfast was good. Staff was exceptional. There was a foul odor coming from the refrigerator area. While the room was clean overall, it could definitely benefit from some updates, especially the flooring, to give it a cleaner and more modern feel. The location was also a little off-putting, with an abandoned hotel across the parking lot and a run-down mall literally next to it. It felt somewhat eerie driving through the area at night.

I came there tired & my name was not on there for a room. Very disappointed with Booking!! Had to pay a regular fee & then u charged me so I got charged twice. Would like money taken off my visa, i have a receipt to show i stayed at the regular price & not thru u. Confirmation number on my phone was covered up by u telling me to go to an app. Call me 419-315-3150

My daughter & I stayed here for one night because we had a concert in Cleveland. It was clean & had a nice smell. We stayed in a King room, the bed was comfortable.
