Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge

We've stayed here several times and keep coming back because we've been happy with the rooms, staff, and security of location. There are many eateries and shopping within walking distance from hotel & the view from the balcony is great! (we even enjoy watching the traffic on the freeway since we don't have that at home!). Even though the hotel is close proximity of freeway, the glass is pretty much sound proof. Will be back!

Clean and in a wonderful location

Staff very helpful and friendly. Gave us an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated since we had been on a train for 2 days. Definitely will stay here again.

Good location, close to OAK airport and near enough for a quick drive to Berkeley.

Marriot spent a lot of money on, what were to me, useless things. Such as motorized curtain closeing, huge TV screen. But two very simple things were missing. 1) good lighting. The only lamps in the room were two desk lamps. It was like a cave at night and I had to use my cell phone flashlight to find things. 2) a comfortable chair for sitting and relaxing. The desk chair was adequate (barely for tall people like me) but there was no way to sit comfortably and read or relax. Spend less on the fancy stuff and more on the basics. Other than that, the staff was great, the room was clean the bed, not the best, but adequate.

The corner room with a view of the bay is kinda partially true. I feel like we got room catfished in that way and the double beds were tiny. It was still a good time though, even though the bar inside was closed. The pool isn’t one you could do laps in per se and the hot tub fits three people talking with their feet wet perfectly.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were always clean.

Excellent front desk, house cleaning and restaurant services. Everyone was very polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. We will definitely return for our next stay whenever we are planning to visit the Bay Area in the future. Hallway, elevators and rooms are always fresh and kept clean.
