Located next to a huge mall . The room was spacious but curiously no body lotion was provided. The free breakfast was ok but finding a table might be an issue. Parking on site cost $45 with an option to park at the parking structure across the street for $25. Staff was helpful.

The room was spacious with two parts, a couch area and the king bed area. Both had a view of the tv. King bed was very comfortable. My daughter stayed on the pull out couch and was just fine. The room was clean and welcoming. Shower pressure was nice and the towels were soooo soft!! Probably my favorite thing about the room!! The breakfast had a lot to offer for a hotel breakfast. We did have to pay $40 to park at the hotel but it was worth it for peace of mind and convenient access. Staff was responsive, kind, and helpful.

Good hotel and great value. Our room faced the railroad tracks but we never even heard a thing. The mattresses are stiff and not very supportive for adult side sleepers. Otherwise, no complaints.

Very nice hotel to stay at for the weekend if visiting Bay Area. Only downside is having to pay to park each night, $25 for next door garage (which is perfectly fine & 2 minutes away) or $40 for on-site parking

The breakfast was excelent - probably the second-best breakfast I have ever had in US. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Parking is an extra $45 on top of the hefty room price. A bit expensive but my seminar was there so staying made it easy to get there at 8 AM. The strange thing was that the power kept going out in my room, just for 20-30 seconds at a time. This happened 3-4 times when I was there and left me sitting in darkness.

I had to pay for parking which no one told me before hand. Although they did not charge for one of my cars probably because I complained about it. The charge was 25.00 a day and I had to park in the garage. The elevator did not work in the garage and I had to walk up two flights of stairs. I’m 63 years old with respiratory issues and other problems so that was a lot for me. I stayed for 4 days and when I complained after the second day they allowed me to park on the ground floor thank God. Some of the staff were friendly. The room was decent. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
