Urine in bed staff refusal and argumentative staff first night of stay

Breakfast was great

Breakfast was solid

but staff not very helpful or welcoming. No fridge or microwave in the room

Good hotel and great value. Our room faced the railroad tracks but we never even heard a thing. The mattresses are stiff and not very supportive for adult side sleepers. Otherwise, no complaints.

Very nice hotel to stay at for the weekend if visiting Bay Area. Only downside is having to pay to park each night, $25 for next door garage (which is perfectly fine & 2 minutes away) or $40 for on-site parking

The breakfast was excelent - probably the second-best breakfast I have ever had in US. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Main parking area not very accessible.

I had to pay for parking which no one told me before hand. Although they did not charge for one of my cars probably because I complained about it. The charge was 25.00 a day and I had to park in the garage. The elevator did not work in the garage and I had to walk up two flights of stairs. I’m 63 years old with respiratory issues and other problems so that was a lot for me. I stayed for 4 days and when I complained after the second day they allowed me to park on the ground floor thank God. Some of the staff were friendly. The room was decent. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was awesome

Parking was not convenient. 2nd floor of garage and then to top it off the elevator wasnt working. We were told the hotel has no connection with the garage. Everything at Breakfast was cold.

The staff was polite. The room was clean. The breakfast was delucious!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The location was excellent, the property was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was great. What really stood out was the front desk staff—especially the young gentleman who checked us in. I forgot to ask his name, but he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. His positive attitude made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here over the 4th of July and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
