Very friendly staff and excellent amenities

Check-in was fast and friendly, for which I was grateful, seeing as how I didn't get to the hotel until 1 am. Slept great, and the variety of complimentary breakfast offerings was amazing. I'll be back!

It was a great spot that had everything each member of our family wanted. A pool for the kids, hot tube for dad, and a clean room for mom. The location was excellent for getting in and out of San Francisco, and still not too far to get to Berkeley. Also, parking onsite was not bad. Overall a great headquarters for our short trip.

Great for an extended stay. Comfortable beds and great staff. Breakfast was good every morning as well. Close to everything by you need, food, stores, and transportation

Very clean love that it had a full kitchenette. Staff was amazing did not hesitate in answering my questions very helpful but most of them very understanding with my service dog.

I liked the location and loved the bed

Charing $27 per night for parking is kind of ridiculous; should just straight forward charging higher room rate per night!!! hopefully I will alert myself to look into details going forward!!! I travel all the time and stay so many Hyatt Places and Houses, never got charge parking per night.

Great stay!

Best hotel breakfast! Great selection of fruit, oatmeal, granola, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, French toast, muffins, bagels, bread, English muffins and more. Buffet staff was so polite and kind. Very appreciative of the gentleman who showed us the fastest way to get to the train after breakfast!

Clean room, staff was friendly, pool and hot tub were well maintained.

Having a hot breakfast every day before venturing out around the bay area was very nice. Hotel staff was very accommodating and the location was great being so close to an Emery Go Round stop.

Property not safe. 2 cars got broke in during our stay. Its not just enough for hotel to warn guest and put warning sign outside. Hotel security should be improved.

Btw- don't stay in a room on the tracks- they honk the horn starting very early in the morning!

Breakfast was great, enjoyed the coin-op laundry and the front desk had plenty of coins for sale! Since traveling via Amtrak it was so convenient being just across the tracks with a footbridge going over the tracks. Would stay there again. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Great location and great amenities. I was part of the large group and they were very accommodating.

The location of this hotel is fantastic for exploring the bay area. You can get around by car super easy. But you can also take the Emeryville people-mover-bus (not sure the name) to the MacArthur BART station and then work from there. We drove into the City and Oakland a couple of days, and took BART and other public transit other days. It was a great experience for the whole family. There are parking charges, however.
