We changed 2 rooms, but marijuana smell issue persisted. Staff were excellent, both reception and room service. Beware when traveling with children, with marijuana smell filled in majority of rooms.

Cleaner room

The staff and hotel amenities were outstanding. The room was clean. The reason for the 3 stars was because the bed/mattress was not comfortable at all which means I did not sleep well. The rooms in the back of the hotel face the Bart station train tracks.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location. Breakfast is decent. The fitness center is a joke for a hotel like this. One major downside is the proximity to train tracks. There are trains sounding extremely loud horns early in the morning 5:30 am) and other times during the day. I’m a sound sleeper but nobody could sleep through that noise

Ou Room Was very Comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the East Bay

The prices of snacks and water at the front desk

The rooms are excellent and the AC is working, near to our jobs. Parking is not that accessible
