Clean room. Nice staff. Great breakfast.

Clean, well-lit property. Excellent hot breakfast. Walking to off-site parking was not great, but garage was well-lit and elevator worked. Some confusion from night staff about parking on-site, but day staff fixed it.

Multiple stays now happening and close to the hospital Strong smell of cannabis smoke everywhere in the building

The room was clean and well kept, nice and spacious for the two of us. The complimentary breakfast was decent. It was busy, but the staff kept it well stocked when the food got low. The location was nice with the outdoor shopping center right across the street with plenty of dining options. It made for a pleasant pre and post dinner walk. Overall we were happy with our stay and would book again.

Great quick service. Need to inform about parking because there is minimum parking on premises. Need to request pass to park in structure. Breakfast needs to be more variety.

They were out of stock on a lot of items at the bar/kitchen.

Good for an overnight stopover. The location is convenient with access on the Bay St commercial street.

I have stayed here 4 times. I was disappointed in the overall condition and cleanliness. Starting to show use, I get it. But vacuum the hallways now and then!

AC doesn’t function well in my room. The room were excellent. But Personally I feel like Mattress were low quality. I prefer firm mattress for good back support and they use spring mattresses. As a result couldn’t sleep well. Also there was humming noise due to AC. I kept it to 66 F but still couldn’t get room cold enough. The staff was very friendly helpful and courteous. Also breakfast was really good and well prepared. Few things were really well and few things weren’t.
