They had the breakfast like advertised.

For the price, it’s good. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was almost nonexistent though. They had a few honey buns, waffles with no toppings, orange juice, and coffee with no creamer. Property was well maintained but the walls were thin and I could hear everything in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Bathroom had basic hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very quiet location

Terrible run-down motel- room excessively humid even though the weather was cold. No fan in the bathroom, which made the room even more moist. We were booked in a handicapped room by the online booking program- at check-in, the hotel clerk moved us to a standard room but refused to price-match for the correction, so I paid 114/night for a room that was advertised for 76. This was an awful experience all around, and we ended up checking out early and going to a better hotel.

We stopped there for a quick night of sleeping on the way from Texas to Minnesota. The staff (owner) was super helpful. Rooms were nice and located close to freeway. Continental breakfast was fair and standard items. Price was fantastic! Walking distance to Dunhams and other stores. We were in Emporia on a Friday night and the town was quiet especially the weekend before finals for Emporia State University students. We expected more excitement downtown.

It was clean, and we had easy access to our room the breakfast was bad and the manager was rude she told me the price of pet deposit was $10 per night per pet which would have been $80 dollar for us then charged me $140 and said that when I called she was the one that answered and she never said any of these things, also we did not get the room I reserved and gave us a different room that was supposed to be cheaper but still charged us for the more expensive room also refused to give a refund until we contacted corporate but even then they tried today they can’t do anything whatsoever and to take it up with my bank, also the pool is closed.

So clean with really nice managers. Excellent value! I dont eat carbs or sugar for breakfast but for the price of the room I can’t complain about the food.

Price No iron in room

Tried checking in at midnight and the staff was very rude. Waited 15 minutes for her to come to the front desk, had clearly been sleeping in the back. Paid for a king bed, gave us a room with two doubles instead. Pulled the sheets back and found mouse poop on the beds. We immediately left and went to a different hotel. Do not recommend. The pictures online make it look 10x better than it actually is.

Just a lodge. Nothing special. The key card to my room did not work half the time. The room was clean enough for a one night stay. Breakfast was continental. Bad coffee.

The breakfast was lacking. Add fruit and eggs anabacon. Cleanliness was excellent. See above about breakfast.

It was descent for price The housekeeper had a personal issue outside of her job there and proceeded to verbally attack us as we were leaving. She followed us outside and began screaming profanities at us. Her name is Stacy Turner All other staff was fabulous.
