I should’ve sought another hotel. This was dirty, the bathroom walls were breaking possibly from moisture unattended. The towels were very sparse, the toilet paper was ridiculously thin (I bought better quality toilet paper) the basement where the pool and workout room were was so hot, it was like a sauna. I got bit by an unknown critter two nights in a row. I asked for clean towels after the third day. They gave me towels, but didn’t take the old or change the bedding the whole 5 nights I slept there. Lesson learned!!!

Everything was good except paying for parking .

Regretted it as soon as I walked in. I should have looked at the reviews before booking. I have pictures of how dirty, old, stained and un maintained the rooms were. The hot tub was gross had a lot of white substance floating around. The pool had rocks on the bottom and water looked dingy.

Checked out early. It was gross!

Room was absolutely disgusting. It not only smelled like pet urine it also had 2 different spots where pet poop was leftover. Being the room clearly was not vacuumed. We didn’t even trust sleeping in the beds.

Ac in room didn’t work, 3rd floor smelled like urine and feces constantly. It used to be a nicer place and we stayed every year. The pool was nice at least. Decent breakfast. Lots of things close by

Rooms were clean,the whole place was well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing negative was the hot tub wasn't working properly

Loved the suite we were in. The couch was large and had a fold out bed that was comfortable. Staff were great and very friendly.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. My daughter had a bloody nose and I asked for new sheets and they told me they didn’t have any extra. They only gave us 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 people for 3 days. The tv in our room did not work and our room did not have a single trash can in it.

Older property. While breakfast (waffle makers, biscuits/gravy, eggs, bagels) spread was great for families, the stairwells wrecked of urine. Its apparent that property is personal franchise owned. Very large units. Indoor pool was nice

I really love this place every thing from the rooms down the the staff I love being here ❤️ this is a great place I will be back

Dirty toilet Tub was disgusting

Great staff!

The included breakfast buffet included sausage, scrambled eggs, cold cereal, self-made waffles, muffins, and oranges. For some reason, the scrambled eggs were cold (not cool, but cold) each day. Instant oatmeal is provided, but there is no microwave. They said to use hot water to mix the oatmeal, but that didn't turn out well. They provide a market with various snacks available for purchase.

Had blood on my sheets, toilet kept running. Bed was very comfortable, good water pressure.

Extremely dirty!! bed mattress lumpy and descasting, shower moldy!!!! Health hazard!!! No shampoo/ conditioner in shower. Front desk very rude!! I was charged for parking please refund me!! Dangerous area/ was approached by angry individual when getting to elevator!! Please don’t do business with this property!! I felt very unsafe there but it was late to change places!!! I’m going to think twice about my bookings now.

It was fairly good. Beds where comfortable

My husband like the room with a hot tub Nothing.
