Reviews
-
Super nice staff, great location for our needs, good breakfast variety, clean space.
-
Rooms felt old and dingy. Why hotels still think carpet is a good idea is beyond me. Gross walking on carpet that looked like it was decades old.
-
First time staying here and for two nights. Clean room and plenty of space. The kitchen came in handy for meals and drinks. Parking was easy and well-lit. Stayed for a concert at Fiddlers, easy walk to venue.
-
The location was perfect for my needs. The rooms are very spacious, actually it's a kitchenette. We'll supplied. Just that it's a little dated and needs some upgrades.

Good
-
Perfect area for a show at Red Rocks...very spacious with a full size kitchen
-
Weird smell in the room not pleasant.
-
Very dated. Would definitely benefit from some TLC. Breakfast was not great, but adequate. The room was clean and the staff was great. Perfect place to stay if attending a concert at Fiddler's Green. Only a 5 min walk to the venue.
-
Bed was super comfy, and the kitchen and dishes were very convenient, and the breakfast had many hot and cold options. Also late checkout at noon cane standard! The location was the key factor for booking, so amazingly close for a show at Fiddlers Green - and food spots afterwards! We would book again for future events.
-
The gal who checked us in was very helpful right off the bat! And so nice! The grounds were beautifully maintained. The room was so nice, clean and spacious. Overall very quiet area.
-
Breakfast was great. Service was great. Room was not cleaned very well and was lacking bedding for the fold out couch bed. How however the staff took care of that promptly. I was not aware of the added $65 deposit expense. It should have been disclosed. I was on a very tight budget and now I have to wait days for my deposit to be returned back to my debit card.
-
The loft unit had plenty of space —including a full kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite. It was very quiet and the location was near to where I wanted to be. The breakfast choices were delicious and varied. Just a heads-up. A couple of fees weren’t mentioned during the reservation—-the $150 damage deposit the $10/day for parking.

Comfortable spacious rooms, great breakfast. WiFi was very bad even on the staff version. This was even on the staff network. There also wasn't great cell signal on all services. It made it hard to work, which was the main motivation for staying there. They were working on fixing that and it would make all the difference. Two "bedroom" suite is one proper bedroom but the second one is a loft that is visually private but open to the living room, rather than a true bedroom. It's still very nice, though.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room with the kitchenette and pull out couch was perfect for my teenage daughter and me. Our room had everything we needed. It was quiet, and the location is a nice part of town. It was ideal for attending a concert at Fiddlers Green, because it's only about a 15 minute walk to the venue. The curtains didn't entirely block the light from the outside at night, so when in bed there was bright light shining directly at me. I couldn't get the room dark enough.
-
Wonderful stay for Fiddler's Green concerts!
-
Nice, comfortable room with good accomodations and very close the Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre.
-
Great plan to stay for a few days.
-
Property is definitely showing signs of age and poor upkeep. Staff was great though.
-
Staff was very polite and welcoming. The unit was clean and more than we needed. The location was ideal, very near to Fiddlers on the Green, which is where we were going to see a concert. The price was phenomenal considering what we got for the money. Definitely recommended!

People make the difference...Great staff...We will be back soon...:)
