The staff were nice enough. The motel is older. It honestly didn’t smell musty even though it was older. It was relatively clean. You are paying for location mostly. They did have a pool and laundry on site but I didn’t utilize either. This is super close to a busy street so you hear all the road noise and everyone in the motel because it’s old and not insulated well. The breakfast was adequate for continental but there’s not much room to move around the lobby where the seating is. This is very close to the boardwalk and some on the water restaurants at some of the nicer hotels down the street. Really close to the presque state park so that’s nice.

It was a nice place, except for the people filling up the already small parking lot to attend the party at the dock. Even with a sign warning to be towed I watched car after car park and go over across the road. They blocked off the backside entrance/exit which was irritating but manageable. Pool was ok but hot tub was down for maintenance.

Room was cozy with a view of the marina. Breakfast was good Fitness room was cramped and a lot of the weights were missing
-
It was very clean and the staff was very nice

This was the 3rd hotel on our travels this trip and it was the nicest. The room was clean, the elevator wasn't scary, the pool was good. Nice mattress. Friendly staff.
-
Exceptional choice for a reasonable price. Central to all Erie has to offer.
-
The positive: an incredible view of Lake Erie, if your room is on the north side. The negative: listening to Bayfront Parkway all night, as well as the rock band at the Sloppy Duck across the street.

Hotel was fine, nothing special. Location was great. Good breakfast options. Dirty coffee cup in our room upon arrival and broken TV

This place has a great breakfast and nice rooms. Beds were very comfortable and roomy. This was my 2nd time staying here and I’d do it again

Amazing location .hot tub was down and the man one we came in refused to give us our room saying we didn't pay and did it to another customer was beyond rude and would not answer the phone for booking for any of us , but the other staff was exceptional. Bald tall guy at the front desk refused to give us our room. When we checked in until after six o'clock and driving hours with babies did the same thing to another person , claiming we didn't pay and refuse the answer the phone for booking , saying his phone wasn't working.

the room was a typical 3-star room - well appointed. Comfortable bed. Basic conveniences. Nice bathroom. The noise from some kind of generator on the back of the building (which is where our room was), was so loud that even my earplugs didn't muffle the sound enough. It was really loud. In fact, we met some fellow travelers on the elevator who were staying in a front room, and they said the street noise was just terrible. So if you are a light sleeper, I suggest you stay elsewhere.

Nice stay and affordable. Breakfast was delicious and the suite was spacious. Our room had various red stains on the floor/couch, almost like previous guests spilled spaghetti multiple places.
-
Only issue was hot tub was not operational.
-
Pool water was cold and cloudy, however didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it. Overall good just a few things could’ve been better
-
