Breakfast was least to be desired from a Hilton. Oliver’s the restaurant upstairs was the star of the stay.

Friendly early check in offered

Everything was fantastic

CON: The vibe of the hotel on the weekend is loud and there is a huge party going on outside with live music and lots of traffic around the hotel until 11pm. We have teens so it didn't bother us, but if you are a family with small children be warned. There is also major road construction in front of the hotel. Overall a great stay, just may not fit every family.

Desk attendant Ms Duck and the breakfast bar attendant were stars of the show!

While I was in the room downstairs the front desk was complaining and I even heard a curse word

Clean atmosphere Extremely loud music playing through hotel from property beer garden into late hours close to midnight, child unable to sleep. Unable to process booking.com payment forcing me to sit in lobby and resolve on my own with booking.com before even letting me into the room which was extremely embarrassing and ultimately the hotels fault for not knowing how to separate pre paid room for incidentals and parking fees.

Breakfast area was really well maintained. Parking was fine. Road construction out front.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. From our room, you can see the bayfront and beautiful sunset. In the lobby, the hotel provided regular and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water for tea or hot chocolate. The breakfast was super: different kind of cereals, juices, eggs (boiled and scrambled), sausages, oatmeal, make your own waffle, and all types of fruit. You do have to pay for parking, however, the hotel has two parking lots next to the hotel and across the small street just for their customers. 8th floor has Oliver's restaurant open for lunch and dinner.

Good location, nice top floor bar and restaurant

Location is the best in Erie for what i like to do. Paying for parking if we are staying at the hotel. I understand if you are just parking there to go to dinner at Olivers or have fun at the beer garden.

The Hampton Bayfront was in a convenient location for my visit, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The beer garden at the Hampton had a large outdoor space which was a great space for a group.

Oliver’s rooftop was horrible. Waitress took our drink order and never came back. 30 minutes later my husband went to the bar to get drink, only then did they bring what we ordered originally. Manager came to see how everything was. Told her the waitress never took our food order. Another 10 minutes later waitress comes back takes our order. Once our food came, my husband cut into his steak and it was raw. He ordered medium and they only seared it. So after over an hour of us got get our own drinks, having raw steak and a waitress who never took care of us, we spoke with the manager again left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had cold beers and good food. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant.
