Beautiful hotel right on the waterfront.

Room was clean breakfast was good.Issues upon checking as room wasn't ready.Staff said they would call when ready but didn't.Coming back in to check in they were having technical problems that slowed process. Overall the stay was good and olivers beer garden was fun.

It was great hotel and centrally located. They had a bar and music outside on their large back lawn with a view of Lake Erie. We were able to walk to Erie Insurance Center for our concert. Wished we had tried the restaurant on the top floor but we will definitely be back to do that!

Great location, right on the bayfront. Parking was available. Nice rooftop, bar and restaurant. Great view. I had a corner room, which was particularly nice with two window. Very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and professional. Breakfast was offered daily as well as a coffee bar available throughout the day. There was a small sundry kiosk. Overall a fantastic experience. NA

We had a fabulous stay. The pool was warm, breakfast was delicious, and our room was so quiet. We traveled with 2 young kids and it was perfect.

I have stayed here previously, and only have positive feedback about the quality of the premises and the friendly staff. The beer garden was new to me - it looked like everyone was having a great time, but staying above it wasn’t pleasant. If you are looking for a good nights rest, be sure to request a room far away!

Room very clean and inviting. Restaurant excellent! Service and food were pure joy. I was there under unusual circumstances -- medical treatment at the hospital for which my family (out of town) couldn't be with me and to top it off -- this was my birthday! Thank you Mike -- you made my cocktails a happy celebration to a difficult day. I've saved the orchids from my drinks. And, thanks to the chef and the manager at Olivers for the unexpected, much appreciated supper! The flounder was delicious! Until we meet again . . .

Hampton Inn is a great place to stay! It’s Bayfront and we can get right on the bike trails from the hotel. The staff is very polite and the full-breakfast was delicious!!! It’s our favorite place to stay when we go to Erie for our anniversary each year and Oliver’s restaurant at the rooftop has beautiful open views of the lake! We had teriyaki salmon and lobster ravioli! Soooo good!

Staff were very pleasant, helpful with check-in and checkout. The room was very clean and roomy. The continental breakfast was very good, plenty of food. I really appreciate the security of the hotel.
