Easy to find despite the area road construction. Front staff pleasant & helpful Parking plentiful and easy access, payment easy once the system was explained. Room spacious and view, while not lake-front, was fine Beds comfortable, linens clean Had dinner on top floor, Restaurant excellent Breakfast above average Would have preferred a more lake-front view

Wasn't able to participate in breakfast. We used this facility because it was across street from UPMC Hamot Hospital. I had an early morning appointment and our home is 2 1/2 hours away. The evening walk around the Bay area was beautiful and relaxing. The facility was extermly clean and accommodating. All staff encounter were very pleasant. Parking. I don't understand why guest of Hotel ahve to pay for parking.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a takeout bag with a bagel and apple & water in it,however the bagel was stale hard and old … Lots of construction happening here.
