Great view! Hotel has some obvious wear and tear to furniture in lobby, cafe and rooms that needs addressed. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Stunning views, staff was amazing, location is great (10-15 min drive to many stores and shops), room was great, many places to sit outside, bar closes at 11:30pm, elevators need key to move amongst floors (great for safety), there’s an area for breakfast, currently building a parking garage next door.

The staff was extremely friendly The staff accidentally took a second payment for our night and it took 22 days for a refund and I had to call multiple times for them to release the refund. The floor in the room was wet. There were no garbage bags and the room did not have the extra bed as requested. The pools were clean but tiny

This is my favorite hotel. This stay was complicated by 2 weddings and not enough staff. Waited excessively long for our room. Could not accomodate ajoining rooms. My rooms farest away you can get. I am disabled, my daughter usually helps me and with her on another floor, it was difficult. The restaurant was so stressed. You could see empty tables for lunch outside but we were denied. All in all, I love it there and will try again.

Beautiful view. Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Clean pools. Restaurant on property was very convenient. There were several spiders in our room including one in our bed and a cob web right next to the door, a dirty sock, jelly bean behind the curtains and a used knife under the chair.

They definitely need to spend the money and update the hotel. If you’re going to charge that amount of money for the weekend, I expect better quality.

Beautiful hotel right on the water! Restaurant great and outdoor area. Our room was a handicap room on 4th floor with a living room and no one on one side of us right near elevator. So quiet and peaceful. Hot water great water pressure! So spacious and the VIEW!!! There were a lot of kids and so they were loud and messy. Also pets seem to be allowed so lots of dogs around- maybe the outside area. Everything was awesome. Get the hush puppies and fish tacos! Nice place to walk around. The gym has everything! So nice! Breakfast was great too!

I was a little disappointed that parking was an additional $16 per night, and that you had to pay Starbucks for a cup to get the self-serve coffee in the lobby. Given the room nightly rates, I think they can afford to serve coffee in the lobby at no extra charge. Overall I highly recommend for families with children.

Great location, nice view of the lake. The A/C unit was so loud we had to switch it off to sleep. Also parking is a bit of a hassle due to the garage being renovated.
