Property was very clean and staff was very friendly. We tried every bar/restaurant on the property and everyone was great. The pools got a little crowded during the day but they have a adults only swim time from 10 to 11. That was very nice.

There were good and bad things about the Bayfront location. It was a convenient location to stay except for all the construction. Room was clean except for the moldy shower curtain. Having to use your key card for the elevator was confusing at first. The pools were nice but small. The hot tub wasn't working and was also tiny. The restaurant setup in the lobby was also confusing. Could've been much nicer for the price.

We've been traveling a lot lately and stayed anywhere from very low end to moderate to nice hotels. This is definitely an excellent hotel. It's a newer facility so it's clean and fresh and not beat up yet. There's both an indoor pool and outside infinity pool and a fitness room so there are plenty of things to do even just on the property. The location is convenient and beautiful since it's right on the bay. We got a bay view room and loved it. It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We actually really like the bar and restaurant there. Unfortunately, we picked a very busy weekend so we were only able to have one meal there. But no worries because there are two additionally great restaurants across the street. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much we added an extra night. The hotel was lovely and modern. Great location so close to many restaurants. Right on the water with great views. We will definitely stay here again

Probably because of summer staff busy and service fair. Typical room. Would think they would have a gift shop and room service. Seemed like a hum experience for the price.

Beautiful location, scenery, accessibility to restaurants, nice restaurants staff pools were clean and beautiful

The facilities were very nice and the bay view was fantastic, with beautiful sunsets. The only downsides were: no microwave in the room; the parking, which was somewhat insufficient, but they had the parking garage closed for construction; the road construction around the facility.

Lake front access and great views. Parking was a problem as still under construction

The views, pools and staff were excellent!

100% recommend this hotel. Parking was easy and free . Great access to all downtown bayfront activities and nightlife

The indoor pool area was not maintained well - the floor was gross and there was visible dirt, hair and even Kleenex on the floor. The windows inside the room were absolutely filthy and loaded with cob webs and bugs. The windows being so dirty really took away from our ability to enjoy the view of the bay, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel and a bay front room. We also had issues with the bedding - multiple stains on the sheets and comforter - we requested a refresh service with new bedding, but housekeeping re-used the same stained bedding. The pillows were very flat and made sleeping uncomfortable. The hotel will likely always get booked due to the great location, but there are many areas of improvement to be taken care of.

Balcony was perfect. Room could have been cleaner. Overall all it was a nice stay.

Hotel is in a great spot for the scenery. What I didn't like was getting charged for parking due to construction. I had to pay for parking where I had parked there before at no charge.. Younger outsiders sneaking in to use the infinity pool was a problem. Price gouging always seems to be an issue with hotels in this area. Prices always seem to double or triple the amounts depending on what's going on there. I turned in 5 stubs for a reward of 2500 points for my stay, but I was only rewarded for 2 stubs. Hopefully my next stay I'll get to see a difference.

Beautiful location. On site restaurant a pleasant surprise for dinner although would have liked better breakfast options.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Bayfront. Traveling with three kids and parents, it was incredibly helpful that check-in was swift and the staff easily accommodated us with side-by-side rooms. We dined at the on-site restaurant, which served fantastic food, and having convenient parking close by was a huge plus. The infinity pool was a good memorable experience for the kids. Overall, an excellent experience and a great family getaway!

The room was very clean and the ataff members were beyond friendly! The only negative part of the stay was the road construction that made it difficult to get into the hotel, but that was not the fault of the hotel.
