Beautiful location. Excellent staff.

Beautiful property right on the Lakeshore. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms were beautiful and super clean. Pools were great. Lobby restaurant was open late but it was pricey.

The room was big, bright, and very clean. Great location. While breakfast wasn’t free, there was a Starbucks in the lobby. I wish I had time to use all the amenities (pool and workout area).

Very ideal location on the bay. Get a bay view room if you like gazing out on the water. They have great seating outside too.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no room available, even though Expedia accepted the reservation. Still waiting for a refund.

Great location! Spacious room! Gorgeous view of the water! Understaffed. Front desk staff (usually 1 person, sometimes 2) often said they couldn’t address concerns or assist guests bc they were alone at the moment. The pools (both indoor and outdoor) had no towels from 8am-10am, when the front desk was contacted they explained they were short on housekeeping staff and the one person that showed up could not clean rooms and replenish towels. For such an inspiring property, in a prime location, fully booked it seems like they can afford to increase their staffing!

The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent views.

Great place, def would stay here again when I come to Erie!

The location, obviousky was great as was the hotel We were given inaccurate information about the parking at check in. The parking garage was under construction but there was a large parking lot next to the hotel and they waived the normal parking fee. The desk clerk told us that Security was told to keep the closest spaces for hotel guests. So, I drove into the part of the lot closest the the hotel. There were no security personnel and no open spaces. I don't mind walking. But there was a boom truck blocking one end of the lot so I had to back all the way out. That was a little frustrating. That's all.

As soon as we walked in the staff greeted us and were very friendly. Our room was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the bay. House Keeping did a great job with replacing anything we needed. The hours of the pool and breakfast are great which worked out for everybody. Very kid friendly and all amenities outside were very nice. I would definitely come back!

Very nice site and hotel. Lake views are stunning. Several walkable restraunts in the area. Room is spacious and clean. Bar is not anywhere big enough for the number of guests this hotel can accomodate. We wanted to have a drink before dinner but most of the tables were reserved - you dont have the room for reserved tables, we went to another business. There were 2 things about the room that we did not like; there is no in-room safe. They advertize a safe deposit box available but thats just not going to cut it. Obvious cost cutting move. The refrigerator is unusable, it does not have a temperature control like a normal fridg, it appears to have some sort of run timer that I could not get to work, it just ran continuously. All of our food and drink froze so I just unplugged it. Another wacked untested cost cutting scheme. If you want to cut costs (keep the fridgs from running all the time) put them in a cabinet that has vent grates to let the heat out. You would think that a company this big would hire competent architects that would know that you cant totally enclose a fridg in a cabinet and have it work correctly.

The food and location were great! Staff was very friendly and responsive!

there was a conference luncheon going on in conference room but guests had put tables together out in lobby that hindered regular hotel guests to fit through, causing a rerouting of path for others. it was loud too. Construction on premises location was very distracting and eyesore.Parking was weird. I wont be coming back here again.im surprised at a Marriott hotel showing such callous reaction.

Close to attractions. Great view. The infinity pool was amazing! Helpful staff aim to please.

Our room had gorgeous views of the water, everything seemed clean and the water pressure in the shower was great! Only downside for the room was that the mini fridge only stays cold for 2 hours at a time, so if you forget to keep pressing the button inside your food/drinks won’t stay very cold. We didn’t try any of the food/restaurants on the property but the infinity pool had to be my absolute favorite part of our stay. They also have an indoor pool with a hot tub.

Had to cancel our 25 year anniversary trip. Incredibly disappointing

Cleanliness, location, outdoor space $16 for parking and the garage is closed so it was hard to find a spot at times

Absolutely loved this hotel. We arrived about 2 hours early and I went in to get a parking pass, check in is normally at 4 but they let us check in early without paying any extra (I didn’t even ask they just said we could). Rooms were clean, the pools were spotless and the staff were the best ever. Definitely recommend.
