The hotel was beautiful but we booked it for the pool - which was under maintenance. We did get to walk to the sister property to swim.

You have to start telling people if the pool is broken when they book. It’s so frustrating to book a hotel solely to take your kid to swim & you get there to find it’s broken. Using the pool next door was a nice option, but people should be notified.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times and think it just keeps getting better. Staffing at the front desk is great, and the condition of the rooms, which was always good, has gotten even better. The complimentary breakfast that was offered (I think we were upgraded because we have a Marriott Envoy membership) was actually pretty bad—a lot of processed food and nothing that looked fresh, but it was free so I guess you get what you pay for. Otherwise this is a really lovely place to stay when in the area/passing through.

Great hotel loved the location, the restaurant and the staff. The room was very nice and clean, but a little small, no robes, no slippers, so bring your own. The club level I would not pay extra for not that big of a deal. Not valet, no bellmen-- but I would stay here again- just know that those items are not available. It is pet-friendly, and we had a beautiful view of the bay - def upgrade to a bay view!!

We went on an overnight stay for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. The staff were wonderful, they all wished us a happy anniversary and were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was amazing! The new York strip steak was the best I've had. The bar tenders were amazing. I ordered a drink and it was a bit too sour. Not their fault and I was just going to drink it anyways but she could tell I wasn't a huge fan so she offered to fix it to my liking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in town. The views were so beautiful and there's so much to do right on the bayfront.

Location we had breakfast included in the rate but when we went to eat at 8:30am nothing much left and attendant was in the back but did not re-fill, also payed for early check in but pool closed!

Reservation process was difficult to deal with!

The room was super clean, the staff was friendly and super helpful with questions. Breakfast was great both mornings we stayed.
