The room was super clean, the staff were helpful. Didnt get to enjoy the bar and the pool was freezing at only 3'4" the whole way around. The hot tub was a jacuzzi and not a hot tub, also 3'4" deep but super warmer then warm, but not melt skin hot. The shower pressure was terrible and supplied shampoo was so watered down it ran off my hand faster than getting it to my hair, not to mention how small the shower/tub was to stand in. Definitely a nice hotel with cleanliness, etc but not worth five star pricing.

Plenty of events taking place in the area. Front desk staff weren’t very nice and seemed rushed and they didn’t listen what was being told. Had to repeat myself several times. Overall great hotel

The shower had minimal water pressure which is obnoxious. Construction was going on causing a detour and also we were informed by a notice under the door at 10pm that the power would be shut off between 8am and 2pm the following day. So, if you wanted to shower you now had to make sure you were up early before power disconnect and then plan to be somewhere else as it was very hot and humid and now the room would turn into a sauna.

Everything we needed and nothing we didn't use. Staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Can't ask for more than that!

Near everyything Needs an Outdoor Pool & inside pool was closed for repairs & it was extremely small pool.

Staff was not knowledgeable and not able to articulate how the paid parking in connecting garage worked so we had need up being billed and also paying at the garage. Amy was amazing. She was able to refund parking and give us access to the 8th floor lounge due to the outage. She is very helpful - 2 other staffers were not helpful and lacked knowledge of logistics of the hotel.

Our second visit here was like déjà vu in the best way possible—same place, same charm, same deliciousness, and the same feeling that we might have accidentally stepped into a time loop where everything is perpetually delightful.
