Chose this hotel for a layover stop on the way to Ohio. Very convenient. Loved being right on the water. Great views. We were tired and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and glad we did. Dinner was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable

The hostess (a young girl) was snotty and refused to seat us for dinner, telling us to go eat in the bar area because she had 2 large groups with reservations. There was no one in the restaurant at the time and by time we finished eating, there were a total of 5 tables filled. VERY unprofessional

Very friendly front desk staff and bar/wait staff. Great location. Loved the pool and whirlpool. Super clean. Lots of walkable attractions nearby. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful property with lots of great amenities. We only stayed for the night but would definitely return for an extended stay.

Disappointing that the hotel was not carrying the Fox or Telemundo coverage of the World Cup. The hotel staff was embarrassed and said we should ask the corporate owners why that was the case. In addition, our room was not ready until 40 minutes after check in. We didn't really mind until we couldn't watch the World Cup games in the hotel bar. Otherwise, this is a nice property with staff doing their best to support customers.

Disappointed pool down for maintenance, was not informed prior to stay. Had to pay $15.00 for parking not informed prior. No continental breakfast will not ge back again!

The hotel was beautiful but we booked it for the pool - which was under maintenance. We did get to walk to the sister property to swim.

You have to start telling people if the pool is broken when they book. It’s so frustrating to book a hotel solely to take your kid to swim & you get there to find it’s broken. Using the pool next door was a nice option, but people should be notified.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times and think it just keeps getting better. Staffing at the front desk is great, and the condition of the rooms, which was always good, has gotten even better. The complimentary breakfast that was offered (I think we were upgraded because we have a Marriott Envoy membership) was actually pretty bad—a lot of processed food and nothing that looked fresh, but it was free so I guess you get what you pay for. Otherwise this is a really lovely place to stay when in the area/passing through.
