Nice clean room. Quiet property, felt very safe and secure. Staff is friendly and helpful. Away from the traffic in town. Great access to Long's Peak entrance and some other hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park.

The room was really cute. The motel was built in the 50s and it still has the original tile ceilings, wood paneling and tile in the bathroom. It was very clean and felt pretty spacious, considering it had a king bed, and pull out sofa. It was really quiet despite being next to a fairly busy street. (I had the end room closest to the street. Room 1). They had a nice spread at breakfast, a variety of choices. The room got nice and cold at night with the a/c on, which is necessary for me to sleep. I'd definitely stay here again on a future vist.

When you pay over $150 for a room the chairs in said room shouldn’t look like they came from the dump….

The hot tub was not operating so that was disappointing. This motel is not posh but it met our needs. We would stay here again.

It is a rustic motel that you park by the door to your room. I made a mistake making our reservation , only reserved for 1 night instead of the 2 we wanted but they found us another room for the second night. Staff was very helpful. Very clean. Showers were for short people. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The continental breakfast was very simple. Fruit and cereal but we found a good breakfast place fairly close for eggs.

We always enjoy staying here. It is always very clean- the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always available for anything.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved that it is in the quiet part of town. Also close to the less popular RMNP gate. Saw a doe and twin fawns in the parking lot.
