The staff was amazing. Everyone was happy to be there. Housekeeping made our beds every day. All things considered, it was a great value for our stay. My only suggestion it that, if possible, the owners purchase a gas grill for the guests to use. We like to cook hamburgers.

Everything was clean & comfortable. Location was great & you felt removed from the hub bub of downtown yet close to everything. Will absolutely stay there next time!

I couldnt belive the bathroom,It was so small i have never seen one so small. Im hanicapped so i couldnt even wash my legs .The entrance floor was so dirty that my wife accidently dropped a piece of ice she wiped it up and the paper towel was black. Honestly we couldnt believe it and there was a note that the house keeping wanted you to leave a tip in an enevelope when we leave. That was ridiculous and a they need to spray for spiders there was one in the bathroom also my wife killed one in the bathroom,breakfast was not good only 1 table to sit.

You shouldn’t advertise a hot tub when it hasn’t been open and really no plans to have it open. We were looking forward to that. Wouldn’t if we stay here if we knew no hot tub

Location was convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was clean and it was easy to control the temp. The breakfast was minimal. Both mornings I was there I had to ask for hot water, although tea, hot chocolate, and oatmeal packets were provided, which all required hot water. The staff person sitting at the front desk made no effort to anticipate needs or refill items as needed.

This hotel is remarkably reasonably priced for its location near Estes Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice. I liked the convenient doors to the outside - old-style motel. : ) The hot water didn't last quite long enough, but everything else was perfect.

Location. The hotel allowed us to check in early. Hot tub was closed during our stay and the pool is cold.

We've stayed here many times going back to 1995, but the past few times it's obvious the new owners just don't maintain it like they used to. I think We've reached the end with this little motel.
