Cozy place to stay. We weren't in the room much except to sleep for two nights. But the stove top, microwave and coffee maker were nice to have unless you want to spend a fortune on food in estes. Bed was comfortable according to my wife and daughter. I slept on the couch. The single chair wasn't very comfortable but that's my only complaint. The scenic view and hot in we're great

I was contacted a few days after the above fiasco - a voice mail left by the "poperty manager" indicated that she had contacted Expedia and that I should be receceiving a refund in a "few days" - here we are 7 days after that message and no refund, no communication. Crickets. Whya am I not suprised?

Will stay again! Their staff is kind and helpful. I stayed in the king suite.

Great room great stay only downside was the steam shower did not work.

Only issue I had was my confirmation was not completed by the time I got there. The system was not allowing me to confirm. 2 hours later issue was resolved.

The place is great but there was water overflowing from the hot tub in the patio two levels above us and it was continuously dripping in front of the main door. There was no way to go in or out without getting this water on our heads. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.

We only stayed one night, but wish it had been more. Beautiful location, super convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Proximity to the park was great. Dated design but our rooms were clean and everything worked. Enjoyed the amenities and the kids loved the playground. We got the largest option and enjoyed the space. A great value and we would stay here again

Very clean room, loved the location. Highly recommend

We visited the Tram, the mountain coaster, Stanley Hotel, and Rocky Mountain National Park

Cons-Did not see any staff. When I called (twice) with questions I got someone who is not at property. Most places we've stayed we were able to check in an hour or so early if the room is ready. Not at this property. You get a code that you cannot use until 4:00 p.m. stopped at the office and no one was there (it's self serve). I made the request to the person who was not at the property and was told he would put in the request and I would get a text. Never did. I had questions about the area....google it! Miss the humans... You even check out via text. But this is the future....

Great views and great location.

This was a great property and close to the entrance of Rocky mountain national Park entrance and not far from the main town street. We enjoyed our stay!

Always love our stays at Wildwood, very comfortable, everything you need in a little kitchenette, comfortable bed- love the deck, great views and hot tub! Great weekend celebrating our 40th Anniversary

Traveling with 4 boys it was nice to have use of the laundry facilities and full kitchen. Really felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The elk roaming the property were amazing and so were the views.

Great stay!

Quiet, cozy and private location. Very close to the Rocky Mountain entrance.

The view is 5 stars. The hot tub was clean. It is exclusive. It is NOT private. We stayed in the jewel king suite on the 3rd floor. The hot tub is on the balcony of the room, so it is exclusive in that only we could use it. You are in view of other guests. So, it is not private. The room was cozy and quiet. Some people have said that the beds aren't comfortable, but we thought it was very comfortable. The fireplace is gas and pretty. We didn't use the TV. The iron was broken. It leaked water all over my shirt. They will tell you that you can call or text them if you need anything. So, I texted them that we needed another one. I got an auto reply that they would get back to me first thing in the morning. That was three days ago. Nothing yet. The surfaces that were clean were very clean. The ones that weren't were very dirty. For example, we turned the ceiling fan on and chunks of dust flew all over the bed. The coffee pot was clean. The coffee maker itself was not. The basket and reusable filter looked like it had months of build-up. My husband scrubbed it. It still had that old coffee taste because it needs the vinager water run through it a few times. The toiletries were not stocked in the room. Only decaf coffee. They have towels in the clubhouse. No washcloths out there. We had 2 for 4 nights. The tub was clogged, drained slowly. The sludge from the drain coated the tub and mat making it extremely slippery and dangerous.

The property is in a convenient location with nice grounds. However, the rooms are showing a lot of wear with broken chairs and hard to open windows that had to be propped open. No breakfast included, which makes the hotel a lower value for price compared to other options. The contactless entry worked fine. Served our needs but needs updating.
