Stonebrook Resort - Adults Only

The room was exceptionally clean. We really loved using our private hot tub and also sitting by and fishing the Fall River on the property. There was parking right outside our door and check in and check out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again

The access to the river is amazing!

The room was very clean and the suite came with more then enough towels and other amenities for our stay and the trails and river were also great to walk through and enjoy. If I return to estees I will go back to stonebrook. The short drive into town makes traversing estees easy while still being away from the majority of traffic

Great Place to stay in Estes. Easy access to everything. The Cabin is smaller but perfect two people.

We experienced a problem and our only option was to leave a message. The problem did eventually get fixed but we NEVER heard from anyone. The trout stream however was close, picturesque and fun to fish! And the cabin was nice and room for 4. Id happily rent there again.

Nice and quiet. Good privacy. One of the buttons on the jacuzzi was broken and the jets started on their own a few times. Everything else was amazing !

We loved the privacy of our room, the hot tub by the river, and the fact that we got to sit in it in the last and almost only snow of the season. Our place was comfy, and we were genuinely pleased.

Beautiful spot and made the start of our Colorado vacation. It was so cozy and convenient location. Would definitely try to book here again should we make it back up this way.

The location and cabin are great. Major complaint is the air conditioner unit was very loud and came on and kept us up all night-

The location was great and the room was very comfortable. I do wish that the lights worked over the soaking tube but other than that it was a great experience. My wife and I will be back to stay again The lights not working over the soaking tube and not having a proper hvac system. The one in the room did good but took a while to cool down and probably ran a larger energy bill. I do wish the hot tube had a little more privacy but it really wasn’t bad, I wouldn’t change anything on that because you would ruin the view of the river

Nice complex for adults only. On a river which is nice. Super convenient for access to the Fall River entrance to the park, which is way less busy than main entrance. Use it instead of main entrance. Stayed in unit 15B which was nice unit. Biggest gripe with the unit is they don’t have blackout shades on the door. And they have lots of lights on on the exterior so the unit it lit up all night. I’d stay again but not in this unit unless they install blackout shade on front door.

Stonebrook Lodge was lovely! It is a beautiful property and a nice room. It was quiet and peaceful. There were chairs along the river for relaxing. The communication was clear and check in/check out was easy. There was parking for guests and it was close to town for shopping and food. I would recommend staying at Stonebrook Resort.

The spaciousness and the river behind were fabulous.

Quiet and no kids allowed. Perfect for couples.
