I appreciated the staff being so friendly The people in the room next door were very loud the entire night until 6 am. I feel that paying almost $400 I would have been able to sleep. I was not there for the Ducks game and had to pay the high price that was unreasonable but I had no choice. I had to take an important 5 hr exam the next day.

We were passing through on a long drive home and stayed there so I wouldn’t have to drive any further for a while. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. It had a beautiful kitchen that I did not use but next time maybe I will.

The room was clean but unremarkable. My window looked out on the parking lot at street level, which isn't my preference. The property in general was fine, but the location was completely unimpressive. Online pictures depicted a room with a river view, but I can't figure out where they would'vebeen taken from, as the river was all the way across the highway. The AC unit clicked and made weird noises all night (beyond turning on and off), and the bed was uncomfortable and stiff. The TV was relatively small. Overall, as someone who spends a week a month in hotels in Japan, and this being the first time in a few years that I've stayed in a hotel in the US, this was a depressing experience, but that's more a commentary on our standards and what we deem acceptable

Pet friendly although not a lot of walkable outdoor space. Nice to have a mini kitchen to prepare simple meals.

The room and hotel were very clean. The bed was on the firmer side. I wish it was a bit softer. The front desk worker was extremely nice and helpful. There is laundry available and even a laundry basket in the room to use. Super convenient if you are staying for a period of time. I would absolutely stay here again.

Love Eugene and our room with a view of the river was great respite on our Roadtrip.

The air conditioner worked great in the room, which was nice mid summer. The only issue which was annoying was our bathroom sink faucet. It worked, but it sprayed like a fire hydrant and splashed all over the counter. I pretty much turned it on really quick for what I needed, and turned it off so I wouldn’t get my clothes wet also. Overall it was great and I would stay there again.

We showed up at check in and they gave our room away to some one else! Do not go here for a concert they will screw you over! We drove 3 hours to get told they gave our room away and we had to drive back home after the concert!

Great place to stay. Close to Hayward Field

I only gave 3 stars, because of not feeling safe (our vehicle & bikes) because of the homeless doing drugs out on the street and walking through the hotel parking lot. No parking security. We checked out 4 days early out of our 5 day trip
