Air conditioning unit barely working No clean towels unless you ask No iron in room No soap or toiletries Room phone not in working order

No microwave, broken buttons on air conditioner, door didn't close properly, hot water in sink had very little pressure, no continental breakfast, outside garbage can by door overflowing, tv service poor

Superb

Location The room smelled like cat urine. The toilet base had urine on it. The floor behind the toilet was filthy.

Not much. Room is way too small for two double beds. Need real blankets and bed covers. Had to ask for wash clothes and towels. No bathmat.

What can I say, cheap is cheap and I just needed a place to stay for the night however there was just a lot of issues with the room

The room smelled, the TV didn't work very well and the refrigerator defrosted all over the floor and it's very loud

Room smelled horrible. Way overpriced

Staff was nice and professional Uncomfortable beds, stains in bathroom and on ceiling, blown fuse made tv light and smoke detector stop working, traffic noise unbelievably loud, no maid service, had to request toilet paper, not enough bath towels so was given multiple hand towels as a substitute.

It worked perfect Only had one small towel no wash cloths or hand towels or anything

Its was clean and average. My T.V. did not work. I had cups and there was no coffee. Clean but a smell on could not pin point.

Staying at Motel 6 for years now. I normally just pay at the desk,but I needed a better price as the budget was extra tight this night,so I chose to go through Expedia this time. Got the usual 1/4-1/2in crack around the enter/exit door in a breezeway room by the freeway. LOUD! 730a comes and the maintenance crew shows up(time to get up apparently),ready to work! 8a... BOOM! The saw starts cutting the boards they brought to repair/remodel a room,3-5 doors down in the breezeway. I politely said to the crew that people were trying to sleep and went back in the room. Came back out and told them I was going to ask for a different room as they laughed at me in my pj's and tears,saying "she mad". Front desk told me no and I would have to wait for an hour for the manager. Ok. But no. I gathered my things,took a picture and left. I called Expedia to ask for a hotel change for the second night. The resolution took an hour+ to get a refund. I payed for insurance that denied me until I file a claim on this stay, ok. Expedia calls the hotel and the front desk denies my grievance.BUT... my pix don't lie. The hotel then decides to refund Expedia,so they can refund me for only the second night. I'm a paying customer and I paid for rest and sleep. If the service/ product is not as stated or assumed,then there should be posted or verbal notices so that a customer can make a proper choice for themselves and their current situation. Can we expect better from motel 6?? Terrible! Expedia,awesome!

Passable

The noise kept us up all night, ants on the bed, large doberman barked most of the night, this place is like a transient hotel

The ants, the mold, the falling apart shower, the dirty room, the exterior, the crappy parking.

Poor

The pool looked fine but we didn't get in. The walls in the room were dirty, especially in the bathroom. Cobwebs and stains on ceiling The floor under the 2 beds was really dirty and dusty. I borrowed a broom from the front desk and swept all the hair and dirt from under the beds. The property outside looked like it needed a lot of work. I wouldn't stay there again pretty gross and loud from the road noise.

A shower and bed. It smells bad in the room. No soap for shower. And no free toothpaste or toothbrush.

Vending machine. A/c When I went to go lay down under my sheets. There were food crumbs. Under the sheets. Very uncomfortable and disgusting.
