Nice, minimalist hotel. Good amenities without a lot of frills.

The hotel itself is great. The noise from the road next to it is horrible. So noisy all night. No sleep. Won’t stay here again.

It was just what we needed.

Tru Hilton is a newer hotel in the Eugene/Springfield area, and it is an excellent choice for staying there. Conveniently located and offering lots of amenities, it surprised us with how nice it was.

The hotel staff was great. The location is prime. The gym was clean. Glad I chose this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again

Day time staff and evening staff super helpful and pleasant.. during the night not so much… good hotel overall. Happy to have breakfast and the various snacks available for purchase

Clean hotel. Convenient to downtown. They had some board games that we played while there.

I love the facts when you come out of the elevator we always go explore.

Convenient location, quiet and clean. I loved the vibrant colors in the room (walls decor and curtains). Bed was very comfortable and the front desk cared about asking if I had everything I needed for my stay. Price was great and lower than other older looking hotels in the area. I would definitely book this hotel again if needed.

Everything except there was no water in the room and the milk for the coffee was spoiled!! It would have been better if there was water in the room. I was extremely disappointed that the milk for the coffee was spoiled!! That should have been caught by the staff before putting the milk out. Makes me wonder if they ever check the milk? Or don’t change the milk daily??

All of the staff and attendants at the hotel made the stay an A++. Of course the building entry and rooms were efficiently decorated, fun and comfortable/nice. We would expect that from Hilton. But the crew that is working there goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and safe. Breakfast was great. Hot fresh and right on the spot.We had a great trip thanks to the hotel and staff. My daughter left her earbuds and the front desk. Woman was nice enough to call and double check the address. We got the earbuds thank you all so much. I wish I could give six stars.
