Everything was perfect I mainly stay at Marriott when I travel to Sacramento and it’s always great but the one in Eugene Spring I don’t even have a little complaint you need to give your employee there a raise or gift cards they do an excellent job when it comes to customer service above and beyond I was there for the 4th

Nice hotel, nice staff, excellent breakfast, sad Wi-Fi. So long as you are comfortable giving the internet provider your name, email, phone number, etc. etc. you can have access to Wi-Fi. Notice I did not say "free Wi-Fi". There is only one Wi-Fi offered and to get it you have to share your life details. Some folks I'm sure will be fine with that. Frankly I have enough spam as it is. I took a pass and made do with spotty hotspot connectivity. ALSO there is exactly ONE chair in the room. So if there's two of you, well, the second person can sit on the bed or the floor. Just some things to consider in making your hotel selection in Eugene.

Just wish there was better/more parking, and a hot tub.

Close to U of O and comp breakfast Slow elevator

1) Need to upgrade the shower head. 2) Need to set the time on the clock or give instructions on how to do it. 3) The seal on the shower door is missing on the bottom. 4) Need air conditioning in the elevator. Thank you, Robert Chrisp Cell # (510) 719-9569

This place was very nice very organized quiet and clean. I would recommend it to anybody however it is off the beaten path but very nice people.

Friendly staff

Staff were amazing and breakfast was great despite limited options. The options that they did have were excellent. Paper plates at breakfast were a bit of a bummer. The stupid motion light in the bathroom! WTF, who wants a face full of light when you get up at midnight to pee?

Decent hotel in a quiet but isolated area among other hotels. Front desk staff were pleasant.

Convenient location to the UofO. Easy access to the freeway.

Online it said I could check in at 18 years old but in person it was a struggle despite myself making the reservation

Room was fairly clean however there was a large ant on one of the beds. Didn't have a chance to use breakfast as it began after we needed to leave.

The hotel was clean and check in was smooth. The pool is more the size of a large hot tub, but the fitness center was spacious.
