Comfort Suites Eugene University

The rooms were very nice and much larger than we expected. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evening, used the workout room in the morning, and were pleased with the breakfast options. I didn't have any complaints about the rooms. The only request I'd make is that the pool and hot tub could be open a little later, maybe 11:00 instead of 10:00. We got in late and had to get food, but really wanted to use the hot tub.

Proximity to freeway Beds were uncomfortable, bugs in room. Had to ask for sheets to make sofa bed. Front desk doesn’t answer phone.

Breakfast wasn't the best

Everything was nice and clean. And spacious. Air conditioner was loud and made it hard to sleep. Beds were on harder side.

The pool was cool The hot tub jets weren't the best

The staff wasn't helpful when we requested fresh towels and housekeeping. They just dropped the ball. They were also very inflexible about checking in.

Rooms were clean. Common areas were clean. The staff was super friendly and tried very hard to accommodate any requests or concerns. WIFI was horrible

Everything! Very beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The view of the trees from our room was awesome! Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. We even saw a deer from our room. We will definitely be back. Nothing. Just a perfect place to stay, with a great location.

Friendly staff Jacuzzi didn’t work. Pool and jacuzzi temperatures were very low.

Had a hard time getting my hotel deposit back

The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were friendly. The front desk staff was poorly trained and had very little etiquette. I waited for fifteen minutes for them to answer phones and check people out buying snacks who came into the lobby after everyone waiting in line to check in. The first floor was a handful of basement rooms with water damage that smelled of mold.
