Breakfast was first class, as was front desk staff. We really liked the cleaning service every other day, cleaning staff are attentive and thorough. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been the availability of a hot tub!

Breakfast was nice. LOVED having water available at all times with citrus! The pancakes were a little tough on the edges. Maybe they’re frozen? Fresh made would be nicer.

Stains on the curtains in the bedroom. Dishes were not clean. Just think I got an unlucky room. Staff were kind, cleaners were good. The room has clearly had better days and it's not the cleaning but moreso the need to replace & fix some simple fundamentals. Otherwise it's an excellent location.

The stay was wonderful. Everything was great, except there was no parking! Their paid parking lot is very small. On the particular day that I stayed the parking lot was filled and I had to park a block away from the hotel. I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel at night.

The location I'm very dissatisfied during my stay there. Staff. especially Thomas, was rude and condescending. My prepaid room was not ready when I arrived at 4:30 PM. I didn't get my room until around 5 pm. The room itself was not up to my expectation in term of quality and cleanliness. The room for sure doesn't worth $ 300 a night.As a matter of fact there was dirty socks in the closet when I got the room. The breakfast was okay, again not up to the expectation for a $ 300 a night. Also, they tried to trick us on the value of the valet parking.

Nice hotel near NorthWestern University campus. We came for the campus tour and stayed the night. Comfy beds. Large room. Tasty free breakfast. Many Shopping and food options nearby.
