It is a older property that is getting renovated. They have used some really cheap materials. One reason I chose this hotel was because they had laundry facilities. They took that out with the remodel. The also changed the property name. They definitely need to update the website

The coffee machine in the room was dirty, so i didn’t get my two cups this morning. Looked like dust or something in the top where you fill it. Touched it with my finger and it left a dust streak.

The property is old looking and you can tell they are in the process of putting in new mattresses and maybe new cupboard doors or cabinets. But they do definitely need to remodel the pool, hot tub and some other things. Besides that it was great.

Very rundown!! Staff was ok but they had the whole family hanging out in the lobby.

Staff only issued one room key to myself and my husband. Problems with directions and abruptness. Sort of friendly? Room was clean but I'm not using a tub stopper from the last century that looks like its been put in a blender. Shower head bad also. Continental breakfast was bare minimum. Coffee was excellent!!

We personally loved the great service that Paul. Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating. After a long day of driving from Idaho, we appreciated the courteous front desk greeting! Good people are hard to come by and when we notice, we really notice. Thank you for a clean enough and safe place to stay overnight from our long drive.

The breakfast eggs were still frozen in the fridge, and two cycles in the toaster was not enough to completely thaw. I don’t expect fresh cooked eggs, but I shouldn’t have to defrost them, or at least provide directions on the best way to warm them up.

We had a Smoking room and it was a quality room not trashed like most Smoking rooms! We had a very nice stay!

The coffeemaker was in the same small bathroom as the toilet. The rotating plate in the microwave was missing. Everything else was fine but we won't be back.

Every time air conditioner kicked on I smelled cigarette smoke. Small area for breakfast. Everything else was fine

The air conditioner worked well but it was very noisy, as in wake me up loud.

Pet friendly, easy access from highway. Back door to building wasn’t secured.

The spa was in poor condition, alge growth, and the jets didn't work hardly at all.
