Clean room! Very nice hotel
-
I've been driving cross-country between Oregon and the East Coast for more than a decade, and Evanston has become my favorite first-night stop. I discovered this town a few years ago because of its convenient location right off the interstate, and the Hampton Inn has become my go-to hotel. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient after a long day on the road. I especially loved the updated bathroom products—they were a wonderful touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. Thank you for another great experience. I'll definitely be back on my next cross-country adventure!

The room was big and clean and the breakfast was good .

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Would recommend, and would return!

The properties going through major renovations, so some stuff wasn’t quite ready yet, but it looks like it’s gonna be very nice. One comment it looks like everything in the room has been replaced except the tile in the entry and the bathroom, which doesn’t match the new decor the best. The existing tile was left and is good shape, but the grout lines are dark in a lot of spots compared to the edges, making it look old and not as nice as the rest of the room. I would suggest getting something to really scrub the grout lines to lighten them up and make them look newer and not so old.

The chef needs to try the breakfast. Neither one of us liked the breakfast.

Great place
-
The place is in the final phase of what looks to be a complete refresh. Unfortunately we were locked out of our room for about an hour and had serious personal embarrassment because of which. The staff were kind empathetic and professional with their reaction. I would have rated the experience a zero but what the staff did after a mechanical error made the experience great. The breakfast attendant should be the ambassador for Hampton ins everywhere. True customer service from the heart.

Nice and quiet place to stay. They are currently renovating but that did not affect our stay in anyway. It’s definitely a better place to stay than the holiday inn down the road. I would say the best place in Evanston for sure!

Shower was old and in disrepair. Exercise room was closed due to remodeling.

This facility was being upgraded and the staff and workers were very accommodating. It is always great to see when a company is keeping up-to-date.

The rooms were very nice and clean. They were dealing with some renovations so the front desk was made out of wood but the staff was very nice. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was so sweet and upbeat just happy to be there. All your employees should be that way. Thanks for a great time. It was also nice that when we walked into the room and had a welcome and our name.

Clean everything is Newly remodeled from new beds and furniture to replacing the bathtub shower combo to big roomy shower. The lobby was still under construction. The bed and room was great

When we first arrived around 4 pm, no one was at the front desk. It took a few minutes for someone to come out from the back. The first floor was currently in the middle of renovations but they seemed to be keeping the mess contained. The guest laundry was nice. A/C in our room was loud and didn’t seem to work as well as it should have but we made it for the one night that we stayed there. Room was nice & clean.

A small town this is a surprisingly well maintained, clean, and affordable hotel. I was very surprised at how nice the rooms were and how clean the property was. It was just renovated too so that was nice.
