I would really like to see more items during breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, stewed apricots or prunes. Small containers of milk for those who need to drink milk. Small omelets along with the scrambled eggs. Could you jazz up the potatoes that are served at breakfast?

Clean TV didn't work, according to the front desk it was because of wind. Front desk person at check in was not friendly at all

The door on the shower fell off whe I tried to step in. Luckily my husband could fix it. What do you do in that situation when a shower door attacks while you try to get in?

The staff was great friendly and helpful especially the lady helping with breakfast. The room was a little dated. They still had some areas of that were not finished.

Nobody knew when it was going to be fixed or even when anybody was coming to try to fix it.

Disappointed. I paid extra for the Hampton brand and was left with wet, unruly hair because there was not one drop of conditioner in the shower bottles. Just enough shampoo for one of us, and same with the lotion. No loving touches here. The breakfast was good, and the ladies in the morning were kind, but the check-in gentleman was short and not super friendly. I was sad I spent extra for the few hours we were there, only for it to turn so terrible.

Check in staff was poor. That young man could use some major training. He could start with a smile and taking off is dirty hat.
