It was close to the Horse Palace and very comfortable.

We enjoyed the three bed suite! Dickie's BBQ was closely located - we dined there.

The staff was scarce but did respond quickly if they had to be away from the front desk. The pool was closed for maintenance which was unfortunate based on the heat of summer. Also appreciate the rooms are accessed inside the hotel. Would stay there again!

The room was clean and neat. We always had to look for the office staff, but they were nice when we found them. The place was busy, but quiet.

The manager Cheri went above expectations to make sure we had a room that would work for us. She made everything perfect for us❤️

It was very hot. The bearings in the p-tac unit were extremely loud. When the cool kicked in it was loud enough to wake me up-every time.

They don't make your room up everyday. I asked the maid for some extra towels. She was rude, I said you can do it when you have time. She never did. Very disappointed

Room was clean but the TV did not work. Desk called and they said unplug, wait 10 seconds then plug in. We could not get to the plug because it was behind the heavy cabinet holding the TV, fridge, and microwave . The USB ports did not work. It was late so we just went to bed. The breakfast room was not clean and the coffee machine did not work but they didn’t tell us.

Overall it was fine. Floor could’ve been cleaner. Looked like it hadn’t been swept in awhile. Parking was fine. Parked right outside my room window so I could keep an eye on my vehicle.

The staff was excellent and kind and helpful. The room was as clean as can be hoped for in a building that needs to be updated.
