Comfort Inn Evanston I-80

In my opinion, the breakfast service needs to improve, especially when it comes to the quality and freshness of the products being offered. The coffee creamer provided to customers was expired, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about food safety and proper quality control. Coffee with creamer is an important part of breakfast for many customers. I believe it is essential to make sure that these products are fresh, safe, and properly checked before being made available to customers. I hope this concern will be taken seriously and that the necessary steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your attention.

Overall the property was decent for the price. The AC unit was a bit loud and the pool was closed for repair, but not bad for the price.

It was a nice place to stay as we had been traveling around the states for several days thank you

Price and location was perfect good breakfast. Property needs significant maintenance.

Good location. Easy to get downtown.

Hotel is a little off the beaten path but because of that it is quiet, safe and yet still convenient to everything. Breakfast was average although they did have some hot items. Would stay there again.

It's an older hotel, but clean and just right! Bed was comfy and breakfast was very nice.

The pool is closed and there was no notice until we got there. It was one of the reasons we stayed there. The heater didn't work and when we turned it on it set off the fire alarm. It was freezing in the evening and somewhere in the middle of the night it was horribly hot but we had no way of managing it. The TV also didn't work. So basically it was an overpriced room to sleep in.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The rooms were clean and I had all that I needed. For the price and satisfaction, I would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for your welcome

Lots of pillows. Nice room

I ended up sleeping on the chair because the bed had what looked to be blood on the mattress. i felt very uneasy there. I feel like they can do better.

I booked this hotel because they advertised a swimming pool as an amenity. After checking in I was told the pool was broken and not usable. The staff was unapologetic about it and recommended we use another hotel’s pool even though they had no prearranged agreement with the other property.

Always great

Everything. Very nice facility

Close to the Interstate exit. Overpriced given the accommodations. Many things unavailable due breakdown, low maintenance… e.g. pool, coffee maker… Odd room set-up, sink outside bathroom, making it so lights need to be on…disrupting others sleeping. Odd that there were duplicate wall photos in three different places in the room…

Personal atento, buenas habitaciones, limpio todo

Pool was closed, they always seem to be… price was great. Room was clean. Overflowing garbage at ice/ snack area on 2nd floor. Beds were fine. Breakfast had a broken coffee maker, very brown eggs. Nice sausage and hot waffles. They did have coffee makers set up but coffee was so weak it didn’t even turn brown in my creamer. lol. Overall it was a nice facility. Great price point. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but adequate. Yes I would stay again.

I purchased a large room with 3 queen beds. Hotel felt very safe for families with kids and women. Breakfast was perfect with many hot and cold options. Nothing i didn't like

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was down for repairs, but we weren’t needing that amenity. Overall clean stay for our drive back home
