Quality Inn Evanston near Wyoming Downs

The room has not been maintained as you could see missing drywall and black, stained walls and black and brown toilet seal around the bottom. I definitely would never stay here again!

Breakfast okay

The air conditioner broke in the middle of the night. The breakfast was not good and the staff seemed very put out that she had to do anything. Will not be staying there in the future

It’s not bad at all

Breakfast was good. Out building wasn’t super well maintained. Definitely an older hotel. Clean and comfortable though.

Staff was helpful and for as old as it is , it is clean.

The employee at check in was unprofessional. She acted mad, put off, irritated with other staff and us. Will not be going back.

The room was okay but the hair dryer didn’t work. Found out none of the outlets worked in the bathroom.

The conditions of the hotel were not great. Fridge was broken. Staff replaced it. My wife said, we can’t stay here again and that says a lot. Hotel is old.

No elevators. Only steps to second floor.

Clean but old with a funny smell. No baby cribs, no hand soap, no microwave in the breakfast room. Room darkening curtains didn’t close all the way.

Cheap did the job for 1 night

The building needs rear entry door repaired and concrete in rear parking lot repaired a lady tripped and fell on it and had to call an ambulance.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, and a great breakfast.

Clean. Quiet. Old property in ill-repair... but adequate for an overnight on a road trip.

The room had a smell to it…couldn’t pinpoint what it was…but it was not pleasant at all. He AC needs to be cleaned, carpet needs replacing and the toilet was just jacked up. I would not recommend this place to a destitute person.

Staff was great room not so much heat/air conditioner didn't work great big hole in the wall where door handle hit without a stop bottom of tub was dirty

Easy, which is appreciated at the end of a long day.
