The coffee machine had no tray for the coffee. I had to find the cleaning lady to exchange coffee machines

Room was spacious and clean. The refrigerator was noisy, sounded like Darth Vader breathing, but it was not noticeable after a few minutes.

Went to breakfast at 0830 supposed to serve until 0900 but they were out of eggs and other items so went to a restaurant instead

My stay was good and quiet. The breakfast options were good. I had a very good nights sleep the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Staff was friendly rooms were clean, and the rate was great!

Let’s start with the toilet. To flush I had to remove the bowl cover and pull the chain. Next was the dirty room. Then the breakfast was microwave egg and greasy undercooked bacon. The juice machine was out of order, and the coffee was horrible.

better pet hair around the bed and good thing I had Lysol spray very stale smell in the room left the window and door open for a while

THE only queen rooms available are on the 2nd or 3rd floor, no elevator. Expedia should have known this, I cannot carry a suitcase up stairs, I am old thank goodness staff helped me.

Great location, clean rooms, plenty of parking. Staff was wonderful, great price.

The front staff was incredible! They went above and beyond with our late check in, my ADA needs. She accommodated my needs and made the stay. We got there late and had to be back on the road by 5 am, she worked all of that in so we weren't fighting a staircase or angering our neighbors with noise.

first, I did not get the accessible room that I reserved. Second the room smelled like smoke despite sign saying that it was a 100% smoke free hotel. The toilet ran until I opened the tank and fixed it. The safe did not lock or accept any code it was just wide-open and the person who checked me and told me to give my frequent staying number in the morning for the morning shift, I do not recommend this hotel. It charges far too much for how little it provides, and provides very little.

This place was dirty. I stood at the desk to check in for quite a while before I was helped. There were no other customers at the time. I would not recommend it or stay here again.

The room has not been maintained as you could see missing drywall and black, stained walls and black and brown toilet seal around the bottom. I definitely would never stay here again!
