Bally’s Evansville Casino & Hotel

Convenient

The hall by the casino and parking garage is a different story. Parking garage smells like urine, hall way smells like an ashtray. Once you get past that and from florr 3 through 11, it's so clean and welcoming!

We plan to go down to the casino, but they allow smoking and it was very heavy. Check out procedures were super easy

There's no microwave or fridge. There was water bottles and coffee in the room. On a scale if 1 to 10 id give it a 5.

The view of the river from my room The property seems unkempt, stains on carpet in the parking garage entrance leading to the hotel. There is an odor in the place because it is a smoking facility. The regular rooms do not have a fridge or microwave. The room I was in had broken tiles in the entryway. Just an overall bad look for Bally’s

Nothing Hotel/casino was not clean

The room was clean, I was very happy. The showers were amazing. But when you're staying for 3 days a microwave would be really nice because a lot of food gets wasted. They did bring me refrigerator which was very nice for my energy drinks and diet sodas and water. But a microwave would be very very helpful. I had fish and chips down at the sports bar I couldn't finish it all. She said can I can wrap it up? I said no need because there's no microwave anywhere, and cold fish is no good.

Hotel is very clean and security is good. Everything is automated and no ppl around the hotel. Couldn’t find tv remote and then found in the bathroom. That was weird.

First time staying there coming from Georgia and will keep coming back. Thanks Ballys!!

The only complaint was noticing how the carpets were so run down and not very clean. It just kind of gives a bad impression of an otherwise very nice place. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable! Thank you Just the overall impression as you walk into the hotel wasn’t the best.

I felt that the hotel has neglected the carpet in the hallways. Also the elevators were very dirty.

Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. The sports bar in the casino has great food and service. If you are going to gamble, I recommend this casino, but I would not stay at this hotel again.

First the carpet is so terrible. It is the same carpet that was there when it was first built. There were cigarettes everywhere. We were there for three days and no one ever took the trash that was in the vending area on the 3rd floor. The fitness is not a fitness center. Two treadmills is not considered a fitness center. Then there is nothing to clean the treadmills when you are done using it. The housekeeper thought I was nuts to ask that. The air vents in room 305 have not been cleaned probably again since it was built. If you are allergy to dust and mold this is not the place to stay. The front staff desk workers could not tell you where anything was located in the area, or had no recommendations. When checking out I asked what the resort fees were for. The man said cause we can charge you extra and get away with it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was very clean, staff was very helpful (and we checked in late) and the casino had a great atmosphere. It is definitely a place we will return.

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel halls and room were both dirty. The entry into the hotel and parking garage smelled of urine. There were homeless people walking around the lobby floor.

Very nicely appointed room, comfortable bed and great shower.
