Wheelchair assesable room, not very handicap friendly. Door to room was so heavy trying to manage a wheelchair and open door at same time, did not work well. Maybe a automatic door much better. The plate across door on floor very hard to push a wheelchair over. No one to help me with luggage, I had to do it all alone. Very frustrating.

Room being close to the Ford center and parking Check-in needs to better to handle the people at 4 pm system needs to be looked at.

Close to our venue The bed was EXTREMELY HARD. I could not sleep well. Very uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointing stay. Hotel missed the mark at every step. Check-in is exactly 4:00 PM CDT—don’t expect even a one-minute exception, regardless of how many rooms are ready. We waited over 30 minutes in a growing line with only two desk clerks. We booked TWO king rooms and paid in full over four months in advance requesting adjoining or nearby rooms. Instead, we received one king and one accessible room with two double beds—over 20 rooms and two hallways apart. The explanation? “Sold out.” Why accept and prepay a reservation four months ahead if the room type and location cannot be honored? The rooms themselves were unacceptable. I have photos. Stained chairs and bed covers, grit on the sheets, black mold in the shower, dirty shower floors, worn fabrics, and badly scuffed wood. The toilets barely flushed with loud rushing noises as it filled. The mounted dispensers for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were empty—in BOTH rooms. Two painfully slow elevators serve all floors, making access inconvenient. Parking was another surprise at $17.50/day, even for Hilton Honors members. When we reported the problems, we were told that because we booked through a third party, their ability to compensate us was limited. They eventually comp parking, but the keycard system was malfunctioning. They also offered to comp breakfast but based on the stay, we declined. For the price, this level of service, cleanliness, and maintenance is unacceptable. We will not be returning!

Our room was not ready at 4:00pm check in time, it wasn’t even ready at 5:30pm, we had concert tickets at the Ford Center and could not get in our room until after the concert 11:00pm, the room was not very clean, dust on the furniture, paper on the floor so it probably hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, the sink was slow to drain, you couldn’t adjust the low water pressure in the shower, and the ice machine in the hallway didn’t work so you can make your own decision whether or not to stay at this Hotel.

Desk sides were warped Poor lighting throughout Carper dingy in suite $3oo per night for this. Won’t return

Bathrooms could use venting system. Need a snack vending area. Had to pay FIVE DOLLARS for a coke. That's robbery. Cleaning service BANGED on the door like it was a POLICE raid an hour and a half before checkout. completely disturbed my sleep.
