The staff was super helpful! I love the parking arrangements and that it was free in a downtown area.

I have celiac and when mentioned that to the staff they went above and beyond. They gave us a microwave in our room. They also brought out the container of yogurt so I could make sure it was gluten free. They had a few choices for breakfast for celiacs. Will definitely be going back.

The location was great for my purpose. The building and rooms are in good condition. Booking states check in is at 3. We got there at 3:15. We were told that they didn’t have a room available and that check in was at 4. I had reserved 2 rooms and neither was available. We waited in the lobby until 4:30 for our rooms to be ready. We had been driving all day and had dinner reservations at 5. Since we didn’t get into our room until after 4:30 and all needed showers, we were late for our reservation. The staff could not have cared less. I booked these rooms well in advance. My niece is a new student at a nearby university. This was my 2nd stay and I had planned on making it my go-to hotel in the area. Bummer. I’ll find a new place.

Everything about the stay was excellent besides door being repeatedly opened and closed. Sounded like the door needed some WD-40 desperately. Other than that it was great.

Hotel is in a very good location. Love being able to walk the riverwalk. The staff is outstanding and very friendly. Hotel is clean. Amenities are limited. My room was near the ice machine which some folks may have problems with because it was a little distracting. This is our hotel of choice when visiting Evansville and we would recommend it.
