If you’re looking for a safe/family friendly area, this hotel is not located there. The photos were deceiving of the actual reality of this hotel/motel and its surrounding.

I stayed here because it was 2 blocks from the hospital where my husband was having surgery. I was beyond pleased. I was alone and arrived well after dark and left very early. I left a very important item in my room. The manger retrieved it and it safe until I could get back to get it. As for the hotel, very clean, the bed and pillows were amazing!

Close to my sons and near downtown. Floor was dirty , shower did not drain well.

Staff was friendly, we couldn't find my reservation at first and they stayed pleasant the whole time. I got charged a $75 fee when checking in, which was completely fine, I understood the purpose, but checked out hours ago and am still waiting on it to come back.

The hotel is old and has been remodeled, but it wasn’t a great job. We checked in late in the evening and we’re ready to go to bed or we probably would’ve tried to find somewhere else. When we went into the room, it smelled musty like it had been wet and hadn’t aired out properly and then when we laid down in the bed, my wife noticed that her pillows smelled like body odor. She said it was almost like the person who had put the pillowcases on wasn’t clean, and that smell had rubbed off on the pillows.
