Smells odd.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner was a major problem. I set it to 70, but the room never cooled down and stayed very hot and uncomfortable. The unit also made a high-pitched noise all night that kept changing in volume. At one point, it made a loud, harsh sound that I worried would wake the neighbors. The room and property were otherwise clean, but the AC made it difficult to rest.

We were not able to access our room after we had left and came back because the elevator was not working. I had paid for a suite and my friend with me was handicapped. The front desk told us that we would have to use the stairs. Really! They finally came to a conclusion to give up a room on the first floor. I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to bring our belongings. So I feel I need a refund for my suite I paid for and didn't get to stay in it.

Staff friendly / had German Club from Louisville come to Your Volksfest we all met in Lobby enjoyed each other company . Clean / Nice Staff / breakfast ok

The saving grace is that the bed was very comfortable. This is the most basic hotel which I knew. The free breakfast is very very basic because you can hear the semi’s on the interstate, I would not stay at this location again there is a location downtown that while it’s not in a great area there was no noise waking me up from my sleep.
