That price is too much for a hotel of that quality. Room was not that good as we thought.

Hotel was run down room was dirty cabinet doors missing there was a dead roach in the cabinet very sketchy place would not recommend

Roaches in the room and woke up to bug bites in the morning, no hot water in the sink, every floor smelled of weed, cigarettes. Some very sketchy people riding electric bikes in the halls. If I wouldn't have been there so late I wouldn't have stayed.

Soon as we got in the room, roaches along the walls and in the bathroom. Took pictures of the roaches and spoke to a front desk clerk. She said that they would do a good clean of the room for us......never happened. Was a terrible experience, definitely will not recommending this place to anyone.

Elevator works I reserved a queen suite and was put in a room with 2 double beds. There were no channels on the tv. Cabinets with doors ripped off. Seems like the facility was used to distribute and use drugs from the activity that was around the property. Also no pool as advertised or breakfast. No lamps or low lighting only several bright overhead lights with a single switch controller.

Window blinds were damaged and needed replaced

We couldn’t stay cause it was infested with roaches and they stole our money We couldn’t stay it was infested and they kept our money anyways

Been here a few weeks and everyone is super nice and helpful in every way. The lady's who work here ate amazing. Its a home feeling here me and my husband appreciate and our fur baby hazel seems to like it as well

Permanent residence which I had not realized. Police, man in an open window pleasuring himself in front of children outside, drug overdose, fire alarm late PM we had a baby, and pest inspection the next AM they wanted to spray in the room with the baby!

Quiet. Spacious. Can cook and has laundry on the property. Expensive for long term stay and not next to anything. It’s not easy getting around if you don’t have a car and Lyfts are about 15.00. City bus for run out there though if you know how to use it.

I liked the security to enter the hotel. You have to badge in, which helps reduce unwanted traffic.

The staff was helpful, laundry room was useful and convenient, comfy bed.

The third party booking site took my payment after telling me there was a room available. I arrived at the location and was met with a locked door, an after hours phone# to call, & a staff member who told me there were no rooms available and the third party booking site was wrong when they told me she had rooms available. I had to sleep in my car that night since there was a convention in town and there were no rooms available at any of the other hotels. So far the third party booking site, has not responded to my request for a reimbursement of the 114 dollars they basically stole from me. Will never use booking.com again. Thanks for setting an elderly couple up for a very frightful night with no where safe to go.
