We couldn’t stay cause it was infested with roaches and they stole our money We couldn’t stay it was infested and they kept our money anyways

Been here a few weeks and everyone is super nice and helpful in every way. The lady's who work here ate amazing. Its a home feeling here me and my husband appreciate and our fur baby hazel seems to like it as well

Quiet. Spacious. Can cook and has laundry on the property. Expensive for long term stay and not next to anything. It’s not easy getting around if you don’t have a car and Lyfts are about 15.00. City bus for run out there though if you know how to use it.

Permanent residence which I had not realized. Police, man in an open window pleasuring himself in front of children outside, drug overdose, fire alarm late PM we had a baby, and pest inspection the next AM they wanted to spray in the room with the baby!

I liked the security to enter the hotel. You have to badge in, which helps reduce unwanted traffic.

The staff was helpful, laundry room was useful and convenient, comfy bed.

The third party booking site took my payment after telling me there was a room available. I arrived at the location and was met with a locked door, an after hours phone# to call, & a staff member who told me there were no rooms available and the third party booking site was wrong when they told me she had rooms available. I had to sleep in my car that night since there was a convention in town and there were no rooms available at any of the other hotels. So far the third party booking site, has not responded to my request for a reimbursement of the 114 dollars they basically stole from me. Will never use booking.com again. Thanks for setting an elderly couple up for a very frightful night with no where safe to go.

The first staff member I dealt with was great. But the elevator was out I have health issues and there was no first floor rooms. There’s not a full kitchen just burner top no dishes no cabinet doors. Floors hadn’t been swept bed didn’t seem to be changed from the last person I brought my own blankets in. No trash can upstairs so I put my trash outside the door for housekeeping and recieved a note that I’d get a $25 fee if I didn’t take it to the dumpster outside across the parking lot. I will not book again. Elevator was still out when I left.

Location and staff was friendly. It smelled like dogs and wasn’t very clean in general.

Room smelled like urine. Bathroom had an awful smell from the sink. Bed was like a pull out metal bed. If you rolled over the entire bed moved and was loud. Blinds were broken and we were on 1st floor so people could see right in. First glance looked good, but we were disappointed.

It was easy an pleasent for laundry, staff were nice and helpful.
