I liked the rooms. Big. Space. Obviously the price but that's everywhere.

They didn’t know I was coming it was like I never made a reservation. It is the cheapest in the area so you get what you pay for regarding the room quality. Room was right at the entrance of the motel, so it was noisy. Service was super nice tho, I just got lucky they had an extra room when we showed up.

Cheap. I mean, it's a cheap motel so what is there to like? There were signs on the doors to tell anyone coming around to not knock because the previous tenants were no longer there which is not a very comforting thing to deal with as you're trying to sleep and wondering if a shady person was in the room before you. The room was dirty, uncomfortable beds, loud AC, and smelled of smoke.

Cheap Wasn't a safe or clean feeling hotel at all, alot of the staff appeared to have some pretty serious drug history you could see it clearly on their faces, several "tenants":had signs taped on their doors accusing staff of stealing while entering rooms, I'm a big guy 6'4 and 220lbs and the majority of people leave me alone...however I felt like anything could happen at any time just walking through the halls or out to my car, I've never felt "nervous or unsafe" walking around in the parking lot or halls of a hotel before at night, so that was a new experience for me... stayed I some pretty rough places, the night life around there is colorful, There were drugged out Zombies walking everywhere, and some of the ugliest and most burned out "working girls" I've ever seen, approached me in the parking lot on multiple occasions" I'm pretty sure I had the most teeth in the building, definitely a multitude more than any of the staff members I saw, When I showed up to my room the night of my first stay I walked into my room and 3 hardcore tweaker ladies were in my room with the door wide open... they had very few teeth and definitely lived very rough lives doing some pretty hard stuff... insisted they were "maintenance/hotel staff" and were tinkering with the AC in the room" unsettling to say the least that they have the keys to the rooms....the guy at the front desk assured me they were hotel staff and they were just getting the room ready for me... I stayed there 4 days and would not reccomend this place to anyone

Nothing. Sketchy and dirty hotel. Sketchy and scary environment. Dirty hotel and they didn't honor my booking (which was probably a good thing) so I had to sleep in my car.

the closeness to arena was within walking distance of the hotel. the happenings of the people staying there. Apparently they have people living there on state welfare who are smoking up, shooting up and whatever drug addicted people do, I only know the condition of the people who I witnessed. peope asking us if we had any alcohol? it was an eye opening frightful event. I was concerned about my safety. On the windows, there wasnt a lock, street level....
