7 Gables Inn & Suites

The beds were comfortable and the common area had enough seating .

No one at check in, a phone number to call but no answer and NEVER a call back. Ended up staying at another property.

Clean but dated. Staff were great. No issue. We will stay again.

Breakfast was unique with owner recipes included! Very tasty and nice atmosphere.

Need an 'affordable' place for a short stay in Fairbanks, this IS NOT it! We needed a room for one night. This is a creepy large house with an out building attached, wait, no it is 7 different properties scattered in the area. THANK GOODNESS our cab driver knew about the set up. When we got there, he told us to go thru the door and upstairs. He said he would wait for us in case we were staying at one of the other properties. We went in the musty dark house and upstairs to a small lighted pedestal with registration cards right out of the 1960's. We tried to figure out what to do and I said,"Hello", someone came upstairs behind us and an elderly gentleman Ssshhh'ed me and said."People are sleeping here". I filled out a registration card, he came back with a hotel key card and told us we were in another building and gave us directions. Fortunately our cab driver knew where he was going. The building was about a mile away and was some sort of old 3-story dorm building with an elevator, which did not work. Our room was on the 2nd floor, the key card did not work. We called the office and told them that the key did not work, someone would be right there. About 15 minutes later a woman in a nightgown and robe showed up with a key. This key did not work. She left to get another key and returned that key did not work, we finally got into a plain, clean efficiency. We spent the night. As for the advertised breakfast, we had no way of getting the the main building so we have no idea

Nice, clean comfortable room for my business trip.

Rooms were clean, quiet and staff was friendly and helpful. This property was more like a Bed & Breakfast without the breakfast.

The outside was very dirty

We enjoyed our stay here. We booked for two nights and ended up staying for three! They are very accommodating. Our suite could use some updating, and the grounds could be kept up better, other than that, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. It was a great location to do all the things 😊

Very clean room. Very nice layout. Not to far from the things I was doing in Fairbanks.

We had a very early departure so were unable to partake in the breakfast but the owner kindly brought us some breakfast cereals the night before for us...nice of her.

Outside could use some cleaning up and organizing. Appearance makes a first impression. The unit itself was clean. The outside door was hard to lock and parking the car when raining was muddy. Breakfast was delicious, only too late starting at 7:30am.

It was welcoming and definitely made us feel like home and it was easy to check in and do everything with them highly recommended!!😌

When we first pulled up to the 7 Gables Inn we thought we had made a wrong turn. The confusion was that we thought we had booked a motel. Once we made our way upstairs we found a beautiful room and a gracious host who provided a delicious breakfast the next morning. I would definitely recommend this stay.

No AC. Room was very warm. Room was very clean

The rooms where a bit hot good for price tho

Pure Anchorage feel...not that Hilton/Marriott stuff ...

The owner was very helpful but I it is not suitable for seniors without a car
