I love staying at the palace-like looking building! The rooms are spacious and private. I always look forward to my next stay there! I have been fortunate enough to have stayed in all three buildings. My stay was too short; I think I will book another stay pretty quickly. I've stayed in the main building where the check-in office is. The jacuzzi in my room there can fit two people, but the noise can affect other guests. That might be my only complaint.

Absolutely nothing I was given a room below ground and it smelt just like a sewer. This is no joke. This place is horrible horrible while I was complaining six hours into my stay another couple was in the office doing the exact same thing. Do yourself a favor stay clear this place.

I was informed after I booked my nonrefundable room that my actual room was in another building quite a distance away. I had no car and had a cab wait for me to transport me. Free breakfast was served at the main building so of course not a benefit for me

First of all, the property you see advertised and believe you are booking is NOT where you actually stay. Instead, we were sent to a completely different location on Lotus Road. This is extremely misleading and should be made very clear to guests BEFORE they book. The room we were given was in a basement, and the entire place felt dark, unpleasant, and frankly disturbing. There was virtually no proper ventilation. The only window opened at sidewalk level, and it was absolutely filthy and covered in dust. Opening it for fresh air was hardly an option because of how dirty it was. The floor was also unbelievably hot, which made the room even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, at 10:00 a.m. someone knocked on our door telling us that we needed to leave, even though the official checkout time was 11:00 a.m. Being pressured to vacate the room an hour before checkout was completely unacceptable. The property also felt abandoned. There appeared to be no staff readily available on site, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. If a guest had an emergency or needed assistance during the night, it was not at all clear who would be there to help. The entire place felt neglected, unsafe, and nothing like what was presented when we made the reservation. The basement accommodation was particularly awful. It felt more like a run-down temporary shelter than a hotel. The experience was genuinely d

nothing The hotel building is 5 minutes away by car from the reception itself. The first room they gave me was not cleaned. The owner claimed it was clean in the afternoon but then it was not any more (someone broke in?). The second room's floor was dirty with a bunch of hair. Then I realized the balcony door was broken, and the owner did not care. I felt unsafe at this place and had to cancel my stay there.

Once inside, room was passable Place is scary. Lot unpaved and no lighting. This property is not as advertised. Check in is about 3/4 of a mile from rooms. It appears to be someone’s house. Again nothing paved or lighted. Building is run down. Room was actually not bad but the surrounding property is terrible. Did not feel safe there.

There is a kitchen. You can cook. Lack ability to provide clean tower (most are moldy). Parking lot is unpaved, so very muddy during rain

A different vibe to the place, it was a myriad of hotel rooms and studios and cottages.. Kind of artsy and fun Parking was tough with a trailer in tow, yet we made it work With the staff help.

It was in a quiet area. Tall cypress trees, beautiful!! The room was small for 3 people. The bathroom you could do all things at 1 time, super small. Has 3 different locations, luckily the taxi driver had a number to call before leaving the airport. Make sure to know what location you're staying at. After checking in we are told how to get to our room. We left the one building to another building on site. We go in 1 door go upstairs, out through another door outside go down to another door and find the door the key goes in because no numbers are provided. It was an adventure. Breakfast was provided and was set up as buffet style. The buffet was set up as some kind of egg kish, make your own waffle and your choice of bread like toast or bagels. You did have an option to have cereal. They did try. The look on people's face was priceless when they saw the buffet. However we slept in a warm bed, ate what was provided and the experience was an experience. Enjoy the experience when you check in. That surprise is for you.

A great breakfast

Bed was comfy and clean. Shower had perfect pressure. We checked in at 2am and out at 11am.

Good location.

It had a kitchenette Grit on the floor and bed, bed hard and very noisy with every movement, trouble getting TV to work, run down.

Window air conditioner made it very difficult to close curtains and get air flow. Housekeeping needs more attention to detail and the recliner was gross and should be removed.

Clean and great location and price.
