We have stayed at this property several times. The staff is very helpful and the location is convenient to everything. Clean place, tidy and well kept. We will continue to stay here when in town.
-
it has a roof Not clean, and they send you to another building at the end of the street with different name. the bed are smelly, the floor is not clean, the host is rude, hard to find the office, noisy stairs, mosquitos can get inside

To make matters worse, the place was incredibly filthy. There was hair everywhere, the floors weren't swept, there was dirt on the ground, and the towels were visibly dirty and clearly hadn't been washed. It felt like a cheap, sketchy motel. When I brought up these issues in the morning, the host just said "Okay" and didn't care at all. Extremely unprofessional and unhygienic.

The grounds were overgrown as well and it was in a crappy residential area. I do want to say the kitchen part was nice with a full size refrigerator so I guess this is the saving grace.

BC I had two really large bags of luggage, I was so grateful for Henry”s assistance! Clean quiet room. Enjoyed the jet tub.

It was available when I needed it. This was a non-smoking room. It was obvious it had been smoked in and the cleaning staff attempted (unsuccessfully) to cover up the smell with PineSol. There was no ventilation in the room. At our request, the owner/operator provided a box fan for the single window.
-
It had everything you need it in the room. Microwave, electric stove, tv, cable, air conditioner and wifi One of the nights the signal of the wifi was poor and constantly going out.

Coffee, great breakfast, clean rooms, BIG bathtub! N/A

It was comfortable, clean and quiet

host was nice, check in was quick and seamless, room was quiet and clean with all needed amenities, environment was quiet, surrounding seemed safe to get to my room there were a good 50 steep steps, yes 50. to carry luggage and myself it was a workout. So for people with problems in navigating stairs, this room may not be good. i am sure they may have room which may not require that many stairs. I booked very last minute.

Facility did not look like anything I've ever stayed at. Check in was a bit odd as we felt like we were in someone's kitchen vs. an Inn with a lobby and front-end desk. Then there was no room at the Inn and since I was dropped off via Taxi, they brought to a "sister property" no where near the Inn itself (no advertising that I saw, no front desk, just a building with rooms). We were transported to this other property in someone's personal car which resembled a rolling dumpster (loaded with trash and with seats that were littered with unknown materials). Upon arrival to this "other" property, it had no AC and was hot. The whole experience was a tragedy. After two weeks traversing across Alaska and this being our last day, we simply could not end our trip with this way. We ended up leaving the property within 15 minutes of our arrival and found something more suiting.

Had a kitchenette No ac. Had to sleep with windows open, very noisy. Balcony was too small for two people to sit comfortably. Had to book in at one location and the room was at another location at least two blocks away.
-
It was clean and the staff was nice. Horribly kept up, most uncomfortable bed ever and the bathroom was extremely poorly designed.
-
Everything was good, nice deck overlooking the forest
-
It was tucked away from the city. If you come to see the trees in the foliage have Alaska it was more in it than a hotel surrounded by concrete

It was a unique experience. Basically you are part of three different locations. Actual stay was about a mile from the building that served breakfast. Don’t go there for the breakfast. Not that great but the breakfast lady was good. The bed was very worn and swaybacked. Not the best but it was clean and we got some laundry done which was in a different building. Probably won’t stay there again. We are two older travelers just staying in Fairbanks for a couple of days.
-
Clean Location in general you need a car. We could walk to a couple food trucks or get delivery

Rooms were clean bathroom facilities were very nice. Staff was great help. We went to breakfast later and there wasn’t much left. Staff member did come and started filling in, but we had eaten. What was there. Parking was adequate. The only real problem we had was there were no fans. It was warm and there were no screens on the windows so we couldn’t open them without letting in a lot of bugs. Screens on the windows would’ve been our biggest complaint.
