front desk is in a fight mood. Facial expressions (3 of the people I met) are aggressive

Room bathroom was not cleaned and prepped properly. Exterior of properly was trashed. Homeless walking around the property. Staff was indifferent to my concerns.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I rarely take note of the staff at places but they were great here. Beds were good, place was clean and quiet. Prices were steep for what we got, but they are all throughout this area so that's not unusual. Breakfast is an extra cost and very underwhelming, should be included.

breakfast was good for a continental breakfast . it is not clear on booking . com that the continental breakfast was an extra charge . manager was very understanding with our concern and allowed us a complimentary breakfast . all good

Clean, friendly staff, basic room, but just what I needed for the short time I was there

The TV never worked, internet was very weak and the staff didn’t do anything about it just continued to give excuses. The bathroom fixtures were loose and the toilet handle fell out every time went to flush the toilet. Nobody warned me that this hotel sits right at the landing approach for the airport so planes fly literally 200’ above you as they land. The one positive is that the mattress was very comfortable and the A/C worked. I will not be staying here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette saw a lot of use and it is well-designed. I was up meeting family for the first time, and I do plan to stay there when I go back in the future. It was such a pleasant stay. Also it was the absolute BEST coffee I've had in a hotel.

Beautiful, Hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, just got refurbished, super great manager. It’s got to be the best we’ve stayed at on our road trip. Location was perfect. Zero complaints. We hated to leave, knowing that we would be served as well as we were.

All package, and no choice. only 2 flavored creamers for coffee. Not worth advertising as breakfast.

Staff was friendly. No staircase in the middle of lobby, only on the ends of building, elevator was slow.

And YES there are cockroaches in Alaska.

The manager Robert was amazing he went above and beyond to make our whole family feel welcome. If I have to say something the bed didnt lock and it kept sliding away from the wall

I love how warm the room was, the front desk lady was very discreet about our room because it was just my daughter and I. I saw a bunch of cute dogs, Fred’s is super close. I loved the room it was so cozy for a single queen bed. The tv is a bit outdated but it sufficed.

Has kitchen. But did not use it. The room was so smelly that even though the windows were opened, it did not go away. The odor was bad that it stayed on our clothes. The carpet was dirty and even the pets’ hairs are visible. Rooms used with pets should not be offered to the non-pet guests. Or at least be informed of it first. As was other hotels do. Just my suggestion.

Location and cleanliness. Nothing

Location was great. Walking distance from fred meyers. 7mins from the soccer field where we mainly needed to be. Good air conditioner. Uncomfortable squeaky beds. Poor floor/ceiling sound barrier. Small shower curtain making a mess every time you showered. Beard hair found in sink. Old outdated appliances. Dirty window seals.

Easily accessible to the room. Close to Fred’s The beds were super springy, I don’t know if they offer disability rooms for elderly, my mom is like 80 and she was not pleased with the bed. There was a putrid smell in middle of the night like poop somewhere.

Comfortable bed, adequate space, appreciated the secure building. Outdated. Cheapest toilet paper, Kleenex, and garbage bags I’ve ever seen. Stayed 10 nights, room never cleaned. Vending machine on second floor practically empty. No drain plugs in sinks or tub. Simply an outdated facility.
