Best Western Cordelia Inn

This hotel was as expected. It was clean and comfortable. The price was right. I have stayed here before, and I will stay here again in the future.

The staff were great and very helpful with all questions and requests. The check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and they were clean and well stock. The only concern was the bed which is new but not the most comfortable. Its fine a simple place to sleep but nothing to write home about. The breakfast has decent options and definitely helped improve our stay. The location is convenient to the freeway and there is plenty of free parking.

Hotel is basic. Our TV was crooked and the remote wasn’t working properly. Shower head has hanging off the wall.

The rroom was cleaned everyday with vresh towels and washcloths The breakfast was very nice everyday. Lots of choices - hot breakfast - eggs bacon or sausage, fruits- orange, bananas, apples or tangerines, hot or cold cereal, hot or cold beverages - coffee, tea, different fruit juices, milk or water waffles that you make yourself, bread, bagels, fresh yogurt, toppings, danishes, muffins. Lobby was nicely decorated with fresh flowers great ambience, pool was clean, dining room - very cozy, staff was very friendly and helpful

Room was clean reservation was for 3 adults could use more toiletries and towels but not an issue. Breakfast was enjoyable

We were pleasantly surprised by the overall comfort and ease of our stay. We will be back.

Got there early and place looked empty said they hadn’t gotten to our room only one maid. Ok no problem came back around 2 pm still an empty parking lot but still room not ready. We sat and waited in the lobby for 40 min before room ready. We were put at the very back, cigarette butts all over not one but 50+. Got yo our room and the keys didn’t work so had to go back to get new keys. Room was clean but cigarette butts outside the door thank goodness no smell inside room. AC even though set for 73 never reached that temperature, had to keep fan on constant to keep air moving at night. Breakfast was good waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs and potatoes, yogurts, bagels, cereal and juices. Bed was comfortable. Would I stay here again only if I knew they did a better job cleaning around the property. Room was never serviced between night stay which is a first.

Clean and quiet with a nice pool and hot tub. The front office staff was friendly and professional.

The t v remote did not work most of the time the hot tub was not very hot and the bubbles didn't work. And the jets did not work when you closed the hotel. Door to your room, there's a huge crack which lets in cold air at nighttime. Who's very noisy and hard to sleep?Thank gosh, I brought my ear plugs. The bed was very noisy.Every time you roll over, it makes a loud noise.

The staff was helpful I felt the beds could’ve been more comfortable and the bedding was bare. I would’ve liked more bedding.

Other guests were smoking weed and it filled our room with the smell.
