This place amazes me with the king suite room and wow. It’s worth the stay.

When I arrive, they didn’t have the room ready. Check in was at 3 P.M. didn’t give it to me till 4 P.M. When I walked in room was still dirty restroom. Floor was really wet under the bed. They was five pairs of socks. That weren’t mine. Assuming they were from other people that have stayed second night. We were there. My husband found a camera in the rooms by the bed on a light That’s next to the beds I will not be staying with them anymore.

Didn't stay. Rented room for a friend that fell on hard times and she couldn't stay cause she then needed 150 for deposit and motel wouldn't take it off my card. Didn't stay. I booked for 16 days. After a week with no cleaning, I asked the manager to make sure someone cleaned and changed bedding. After more days of no service, - to the office again twice - two more managers, same request. No room service despite asking!!

I checked in 9pm, and my bathroom had ants all over. I reported it to the front desk and was *assured* that it would be taken care of, only after I insisted. She kept telling me there could not possibly be ants as the room was just cleaned. Photos of ants prevailed. So my entire stay if 4 nights, I asked to gave the ants addressed and each time was told it would be taken care of. My room was never serviced despite me asking. I had to bring down my soiled towels to exchange for fresh ones. They tried to move me to another room, and it had ants. Has the manager ever heard of a service called pest control. This place is disgusting. The wifi doesn't work and they blamed it on being windy outside. Other than having an ice machine, ample parking and a laundry facility. I have nothing nice to say.
