During my stay at this property, I tried SEVERAL times to contact staff for help. After talking with other guests, I determined that we all likely got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet on Saturday Morning. The staff that was present did acknowledge this and even confirmed that the reason why breakfast wasn’t served the following day was because of the food poisoning but there wasn’t a “supervisor” present for us to speak to. I wound up spending the entirety of my visit in the bathroom on the floor. I had to cancel my plans that I had (the reason we were traveling and staying in a hotel. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, so there was no cold water, and there were bugs in the dishwasher. There was what looked like cat food on the floor in the closet/bathroom and some type of animal hair all throughout. Luckily the sheets were clean but otherwise this was probably the dirtiest hotel room that I’ve ever stayed in. We couldn’t get ahold of staff for towels, ice (that machine was also broken), water, or anything. It was two days of absolute hell.

I would say this hotel was okay…not great. The key cards in reader on the outside door was broken, so the hotel was easily accessible to anyone (not just hotel guests). There are no charging ports, which is rare for a brand name chain hotel these days. We also called the front desk twice with no answer. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would just say the hotel needs to make sure items are fixed (door entry pad) and needs some updating.

Horrible policies and management

What a beautiful hotel! Mryna wad such a great hostess! The pool was closed, But myrna recommended a new by place to swim and it was amazing

The room was not cleaned properly. We found hair in the bathroom and a makeup sponge under the bed, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were out of service during our stay, and several of the exterior doors would not open with the room key, making access inconvenient. Overall, the lack of customer service, cleanliness issues, and non-functioning amenities made for a very disappointing stay But I do want to mention that the breakfast stuff was excellent and friendly, the food options were good. Facility stuff was more friendly than the front desk stuff especially on the day we have checked in.

No usb plugs. Dishwasher was running very loudly for the first hour upon arrival. AC unit is in bedroom and loud. Upholstery was ragged.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The tub backed up with water every time I turned the sink on it smelled like burned rotten eggs and the AC unit was loud all day and night

Staff was great

The property was great, clean and the breakfast was good. We just wish the pool had been open.

Hotel stay was amazing! My family loved the pool area and breakfast was always good too. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. One thing that kept happening though, was that my key kept unsyncing to my door so I had to keep asking to replace it. Other than that my stay was great!

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool because we were traveling with three young children. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was closed. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second time in two months that we've encountered this issue. At no point before arrival were we notified, and the website continued advertising amenities that were unavailable. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. Unfortunately, the problems only escalated from there. We were moved THREE separate times during our stay due to issues with the rooms. The air conditioning either didn't work or was completely inadequate, leaving us trapped in stifling rooms with three exhausted children. We spent the evening sweating and uncomfortable instead of enjoying our vacation. One room had a fire alarm that would not stop beeping. Another issue left us locked out of our room for approximately 30 minutes while trying to get assistance. With young children, luggage, and exhausted travelers, this was beyond inconvenient. To make matters worse, the ice machine was out of service as well. Basic amenities that guests reasonably expect simply were not available. The most shocking part was that the hotel phones appeared to be disconnected throughout our stay. Reaching staff for assistance was difficult when problems arose.

Great hotel, clean, excellent breakfast included. Recommend staying if you have a chance.

The hotel exterior was amazing and beautiful, however for the price of the room and as luxurious as the website makes it,the room was dusty with peeling paint and holes in parts of the room. The bathroom was not as clean as it can be. The bed was super comfortable. The front staff was ok I would expect better customer service in terms of tone and verbal communication etiquette. The breakfast was not a “ top rated breakfast” the website makes it seem the bagel and bread rack had mold it in and my bagel was moldy, for breakfast it was just packaged sausage and egg rounds, no coffee cups or people to talk to about the situation neither and it seemed like multiple trays were empty where food would be. If for just a place to sleep in comfort it’s great but with all the sneezing from the layers of dust in the room made it difficult for the family. For the price we have definitely been to better for less. In terms of safety and eye test it is pretty but in reality no one is relaxing at the hotel in that area where nothing is near by. The pool was out of service as well which was a bummer. Tried to cancel but it was too late but for what it was it was alright.

I was quoted on price in January by Expedia and then charge another (extra $160) once I completed the stay. I was asked through a text by Staybridge how I the stay was and I rated it a 3. The manager reached out and I just gave her some candid feedback such as- Housekeeping came in and took used towels but didn't leave any clean ones, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was VERY loud and may have an issue, and the keys didn't work well... got them replaced but didn't help much (it may be the lock system on the back entrance and not the key).

We stayed here for Bottlerock weekend. The location was great. Room was comfortable. Weird thing though. There were 3 tvs, 3 remotes and none of the remotes had battery covers. So batteries would fall out. One day the housekeeper came in and then left our door open all day. We were glad to see nothing was missing. I let the front desk know the next day. They didnt say or do much about it. Overall, good value, comfortable room and the free breakfast was good.
-
In general, the price does not match the facilities, the main page does not inform the facilities that cannot be used, there is false propaganda, and there are safety hazards in the room.
-
The rooms and common areas were cleaned. The pool and gym was out of service the entire 7 days we were there and then the only elevator in the building broke down.

Friendly staff, lots of parking, roomy suites, great value.
