Staybridge Suites Fairfield Napa Valley Area by IHG

The room and property is clean and well maintained overall. This is a wonderful place to bring your pets if you need to travel with them since there is no additional charge for them. They also have an enclosed dog area on property which we thought was great. Only issue we found is that it seems alot of owners dont pick up after their pets. However we know its not the fault of the property.

Nice quite area with clean rooms and breakfast was good.

The pool was under renovation and that wasn’t presented on the website

This is the 2nd IHG hotel I've stayed at and the 2nd hotel where the pool was 'closed for maintenance'. both instances I was told maintenance is working on it and it would be open the next day....nope....a week later and the caution tape was still there. very disappointing as I chose these places due to the hotel. This place did say we could use the pool at the hotel next door but who wants to have to go outside and cross a parking lot....

3rd time staying there and only the 1st stay had the hot tub in working order. However I made up for it with hot showers, decent gym, basketball half court and nice walks. Great staff👏❣️Awesome breakfast 👏❣️Free ice water in the day, Hot tea at night👏❣️And an overall great stay. New management was implementing improvements so I look forward to future stays❣️

I've stayed three times and they are under New Management and things were good but I know new management is making improvements and I look forward to staying there again soon.

Not one ice machine was working. The hot tub did not work, nor was the pool heated. The main reason I booked the hotel.

Very good

Everything was perfect except breakfast was supposed to last until 10:30 but they put away most food around 10:15. I was looking forward to making waffles and unfortunately it was already removed. Other than that, great stay!

Breakfast was good esp the fresh fruits. Clean room, but there were things that needed to be fixed like kitchen drawer pull and cabinet pulls. AC was good. Laundry rm out of service so that was inconvenient. Swimming pool was a bit dirty and no towels available. Hot tub was out of service.

One staff member Almost everything the pool was dirty & cloudy couldn’t use the hot tub , I couldn’t use the fire pit it wouldn’t turn on , the grill had no propane to use , the bed had bed bugs and crumbs in the pull out couch , microwave was dirty beds have stains in it fridge had a stink smell & freezer didn’t even freeze my stuff

Pool area down and 1/2 the equipment in the fitness center didn't work.

The AC did not work and there were no other rooms available. After a late check-in we were worried about not being able to get a room elsewhere. The electrical sockets in the room also did not work, they said they comped the room but it was miserable. We did the 2 bedroom suite. Pool was also down for maintenance during on of the hottest months/weekends in the bay so we could not cool down in there. And the windows did nothing to help the fact that it was well above 85° in the room. With two young kids after an entire day at Six Flags, it was miserable. They offered the refund but have yet to receive it. Said we have to go through Expedia but no number to call. Unfortunately we wont be back.

La piscina y spa estaban cerrados. Razón por la cual reservé porque vi que estaba bajo techo pero desaforntunadamente no nos pudimos quedar por esa razón. La habitación no estaba tan limpia como desearía.

During my stay at this property, I tried SEVERAL times to contact staff for help. After talking with other guests, I determined that we all likely got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet on Saturday Morning. The staff that was present did acknowledge this and even confirmed that the reason why breakfast wasn’t served the following day was because of the food poisoning but there wasn’t a “supervisor” present for us to speak to. I wound up spending the entirety of my visit in the bathroom on the floor. I had to cancel my plans that I had (the reason we were traveling and staying in a hotel. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, so there was no cold water, and there were bugs in the dishwasher. There was what looked like cat food on the floor in the closet/bathroom and some type of animal hair all throughout. Luckily the sheets were clean but otherwise this was probably the dirtiest hotel room that I’ve ever stayed in. We couldn’t get ahold of staff for towels, ice (that machine was also broken), water, or anything. It was two days of absolute hell.

I would say this hotel was okay…not great. The key cards in reader on the outside door was broken, so the hotel was easily accessible to anyone (not just hotel guests). There are no charging ports, which is rare for a brand name chain hotel these days. We also called the front desk twice with no answer. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would just say the hotel needs to make sure items are fixed (door entry pad) and needs some updating.

Horrible policies and management

Wonderful staff Andrew was very curious and polite . He’s made this bday get away memorable. I would recommend this wonderful place to enjoy for a weekend. Jacuzzi was such a treat.

What a beautiful hotel! Mryna wad such a great hostess! The pool was closed, But myrna recommended a new by place to swim and it was amazing
