To make matters worse, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we brought these issues to their attention. Cleanliness and basic customer service should be the minimum expectation for any hotel. Unfortunately, this property failed on both. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Do not stay here if you want peaceful rest. We stayed here overnight, and I’m glad it was just one. Here’s the good, bad, and worst parts of our time. Good price and plenty of space for a family of three. Also, good location nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The Bad: During our check in they said we didn’t have reservations when I had a confirmation email saying we are booked for the night. I had to call Expedia and had to deal with them back and forth for an hour and eventually got to check in. The worst: We found largeish spiders living in the cracks of the walls and crawling out of the baseboards. Lots of spiderwebs near the bed and corner of the room. The room, especially the bathroom needs repairs to keep pests out and a sharper eye with the cleaning aspect. Overall we will never stay at this place and hope they do better.

We drove 12 hrs. Arrived at the hotel around 8pm.. Couldn't get into our room until after 10pm. Understaffed. Room half ass cleaned. Asked about possibly extending our stay for 1 night. Guy at front desk oh I won't know if we have rooms until tomorrow afternoon....nope not going thru that crap again. Very disappointed...

Customer service was horrible. Bathrooms in lobby were dirty and had no working soap. Advertised a hot tub but that was blocked off by a wall they built. You could see it through the window but no way to access.

Too much trash around the grounds

Decent. Clean room. Good breakfast. Thank you..

The hotel was very good except the pool was too cold like ice water. I had to beg them to service the room despite the fact that I was booked for 4 nights.
-
Perfect location next to all sorts of places to eat, easy access to free way, complimentary breakfast was really good! Definitely plan to stay again in the future. In door pools and very clean and comfortable

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The shower overhead was not working

Terrible service upon check-in. My credit card was charged four times. The rooms are all filthy and nothing works remote control controls lights phones locks to the doors. Nothing you can running up and down the elevator going to the front desk to try to fix something throughout your whole day, it’s been the worst day of my life and I’ll never stay back there unless I bring a hooker there.

Location was close to the freeway and near tons of food options. Less than 15mins from 6 Flags which was the reason for our stay. Very clean and friendly. Recommended

Easy yo get there Nothing

Rooms were dirty and moldy bathrooms.

Good bed. Good breakfast. Hotel feels good but the rest is not The facility was noisy, bad insulation. Plumbing was extremely noisy, the bathroom was done with wrong slope to the shower so it floods completely. Horrible. The room was smelly. Not a good place to really rest.

Had place to park 3 pick ups with 40’ trailers behind it. NA

Beds were uncomfortable, carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, housekeeping didn’t come in to clear out trash, staff was not very friendly.

Refused to give me answers on questions for over four days. Horrible service

Upon my check in around 8:30pm on Friday, the 15th of May, I was advised that our room was still not ready due to housekeeping issues. The two employees at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and stated that the housekeeper was being fired and told me to wait for 10 min and they would personally go clean it. 40 minutes later they finally returned with a line of others trying to check in.Although I applaud their efforts, there is a reason that they’re in the service and not housekeeping. They just reused the same sheets and blankets. The floor was dirty and still had a dead cockroach laying on the carpet. I asked to be put into a different room, but this was the last double bed room available that I pre purchased, so I had no choice, but deal with it. My family and I ended up buying some pillows and blankets from Walmart to use. The bathroom still had what looked to be, vomit on the shower curtain and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I was able to grab a plunger and unclog it, but this was probably one of the worst experiences I can honestly say I’ve had. Beyond this incident, I was disappointed with the general cleanliness and upkeep of the entire hotel facility. This experience as a whole left me frustrated, exhausted, and questioning the level of care being given to guest safety, maintenance & comfort

the cafeteria help was pleasant as well. Overall a pleasant visit and ifin the area gain, I would revisit.
