Motel 6 Fairfield, CA - Napa Valley

nothing is good about this property and especially the miserable person managing it and doing the check in. He was rude, loud, unprofessional and clearly hated his life and his job and wanted to take it out on the guests. I am sure he had seen his fare share of druggies and out of control people in his hotel, but he still needs to be respectful and helpful to the ones who are treating him and his hotel with respect. not sure why these owners bought this hotel if they host hospitality so much, perhaps a job at the DMV will fit his attitude and he will shine there. finally, I can maybe understand if you have an attitude because your hotel is in good shape and but when it is this awful, I really think you should be kissing every guest behind and telling him to how much they mean to you and might as well pre-apologize for the disgusting room you are about to give them the key to.

The rooms are big, nice and very clean as well. I had a nice stay and looking forward to going back soon. Thanks

The room was clean and satisfactory. I like its proximity to casual eating places. Easy access to the highway made traveling downtown simpler. I suggest adding power outlets to both nightstands, as only one had an outlet.

The best thing about this clean, well maintained property is the helpful staff that check you in. They always have treated me like a personal friend. Plus, I often am left in amazement at how quickly they check me in--much appreciated!

It’s nice place to unwind from stressful times….

The best part of this place is the friendly staff and the lightning quick check ins.

There was no breakfast only coffee Motel is right next to busy freeway, you could hear a lot of traffic noise. A group of guys had their music blast at pool from morning till the evening. Room didn’t have any toiletries, iron or blow dryer. Thank God the front desk had an iron and a blow dryer.

First of all, when checking in the staff personnel smell. On top of that, he couldn’t find my reservation. So, I called Hotel.com today to file a complaint against Hotel.com’s on line reservation. Unbeknownst to me, my reservation was verified and that demonstrated I physically had a reservation. I figured out that these Motel 6 are owned by foreigners and they have the capability to oversee our reservation. THEREFORE, I WILL NO LONGER stay in any Motel 6 facilities; regardless if I were just staying for 6 hours.
