I was disappointed in housekeeping. I had asked for housekeeping service one day, and they came and tidied up our room. When we came back from convention, we expected our room to be tidied up and it was not. When I asked, I was told they don’t do so on weekends! So, our room was only tidied up once while were there. We were there four days. The breakfast was okay, but was crowded on Saturday so went to McDonalds and ate! There are not any choices for breakfast, like hot cereal, or sweet rolls, but….we made it through!

I’d like to start off by saying that the hotel room itself was clean. As a mother with two young children, the bathroom is super important to me and it was pretty clean. Yes I’m good at agreeing at the talent itself is old so it’s not as up to date as your newer hotels. The hotel itself only has one elevator, but it is a small hotel. The elevator was definitely in need of an upgrade just because the inside is old. The smell in the hallway on the third floor was disgusting. I’m not gonna lie. It smelled like straight cigarettes and like fish. But the odor did not go into the bedroom that I was staying in. My towels were fresh my sheet fresh. All surfaces were nicely cleaned. The microwave was functioning. The refrigerator was functioning. The iron was definitely old, but it’s the worked. Check out was 12pm! Loved that. Overall I was content. Good prices and safe!

The room was quiet. It was all fine. The safety lock in my room wasn’t consistently working and I had to work to set it. But it was all fine.

Made the reservation under my nickname and not my legal first name. Front desk clerk thought I was trying to commit “fraud” and almost didn’t allow us to stay or offer a refund. Never ever had an issue or encounter like that at any other comfort inn locations.

The rooms are pretty standard but you won't be in them long if you are visiting the valley. For a chain it was pretty clean, another reason it would be an acceptable choice for your visit.

The kindness of the staff, and the room was comfortable for us. Someone put the shower drain grate down the toilet. After we figured it out, the toilet then worked fine. The breakfast didn't have a lot of options for us.
