Not sure of the woman's name working the desk the weekend of july 4th. She was so accommodating. I was on the verge of tears, and she made it so me and my family had a wonderful relaxing stay. Very grateful for the staff!

It was fine for what it was.

There was a mishap with my reservation initially getting not the room i booked. And it took until 4pm the next day to get into the room i wanted

I booked this hotel in February for our sister vacation in June. When we got to the hotel, the young girl at the front desk said there was no reservation under my name, confirmation number etc. My sister and myself noticed, another group which were waiting on the manager as well because of the same situation, no reservation can be found. From the time I booked, my credit card has been paid . The hotel was able to accommodate us with a room at their sister building right next door thankfully, but, We had to leave 1 day early and I was charged $100 for the early check out on the weekend, not only that, but now I have a whole new charge on my credit card for the stay at the sister hotel. I need a refund. The accommodation was good. The sister hotel was clean and nice, but the pool was out of order, and I had to go down to the front desk for toilet paper & towels because housekeeping never went to the room even though the sign was not posted. I need to find out about a refund d of the second charge to my card.

Hotel was very nice

They said we didn’t have a confirmed reservation, despite all the correspondence and confirmations I received and being charged for the suite already. They said we could stay at the hotel across the street but they didn’t have the amenities we wanted. No manager to talk to. One person said we could come over to original hotel we booked to use the pool, but when we did we were told the other hotel had to notify them first. Nobody answered the front desk phone when I tried to call three times. Terrible experience.

Nothin is wrong with the hotel itself or the staff. Im disappointed I booked a room for 5 people and got a smaller one, luckily 3 people in my group cancelled last minute but I did pay the full price for a bigger room.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Especially the older woman who worked the front desk. We were supposed to have a sofa bed in our room and there wasnt one when we first got there. Maintenance ended up bringing us a fold up cot. The pool was not open and we were told they would ask if we could use the pool across the street at staybridge, but staybridges pool wasn't open either. We also had to use the BBQ across the street. There was no ice machine, but the guy at front desk grabbed some from the ice they had in the back. The breakfast lady was a little rude. My son has autism and she was trying to tell him not to eat in the food area. All he had done was grabbed a piece of cereal off of his bowl and ate it. She kept watching my kids like they were going to wreck the place. She should have spoke to myself or my husband if she had an issue.

The hotel was ok overall. I think they were short staffed so rooms didn't get cleaned properly and the breakfast was always out of something (But it was included so cant really complain). The staff was friendly and nice but issues kept arising, for example, they couldn't make us key cards when we arrived (we have digital key through the app so it was fine). Location was good, quick lyft/uber to the wineries and the mini golf across the freeway was a great way to spend an evening. I did not use the pool as it was an interesting color. The price was good. We went for BottleRock and in hindsight should have tried to get a place closer to the shuttle pick up like in downtown Fairfield to make getting home easier.

Hotel and room clean staff were very helpful and friendly. Faucets need maintenance kitchen and bathroom. Ice makers were not working on three floors. I was able to get ice from the dining room.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but good with hot food available.

First room given wasn’t ready, some issues, however, staff was really helpful and made up for the problem with an upgrade. Would definitely stay again.
