I liked that the room was on the first floor. The sofa bed was sunk in and very uncomfortable. There were times when the staff seemed bothered that I was asking questions.

Superb

The internet never worked. And the pool was freezing cold it was not heated like they said.
-
it was ok, but could have included more options.

The good thing is the space. The rooms are spacious. It seems like an old hotel and you can see signs everywhere.

In addition, when I arrived they were not able to provide me with a room key and I had to be walked to and from my room and let in by hotel staff. If I left my room, they would have to let me back in. This was until the next morning when I was able to get a key and be able to leave the hotel on my own.

The pool wasn’t available

Location is good. Quiet in the evenings & easy access. For about 15 minutes, there was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. When they finally showed up, no apology for making us wait. The pool closed & the free breakfast was served at the extremely busy hotel next door. HVAC was very load, waking us frequently at night each time it came on.

One maintenance guy, or even a manager whoever walked the property/units once in a blue moon, this place could be really nice. Unfortunately, these were a lot of issues that made our stay pretty much suck.

They don't tell you alot of things out of service from the hotel, plus pull out couch don't work. Staff doesn't help just point finger someone else. Pool wasn't working and Gym was nasty not even clean. this was my worst hotel ive ever stayed! don't recommend

Not sure of the woman's name working the desk the weekend of july 4th. She was so accommodating. I was on the verge of tears, and she made it so me and my family had a wonderful relaxing stay. Very grateful for the staff!
