Good and caring staff.

When I went to management to report the problems, instead of addressing the situation, they became extremely rude and defensive and acted as if I had caused the mess. They repeatedly insisted there was nothing wrong. When I decided to check out and simply asked for a receipt, management called the police on me and my guys. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel. Save yourself the headache, money, and potential health issues. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

This place is a dump! The bathtub was dirty and the shower head leaked. The room smelled like cat urine. I had graffiti on my headboard. They didn’t have coffee in the lobby. And on my last night the exterior lights were not on including the parking lot lights. I don’t know how hotels.com gave them a good rating. Always check the reviews on the main website.
