The night staff said how sorry they were for the inconvience. I had to wait for 10 minites for ataff to get to the front deal to check us in only for her to help someone else 1st and then she only checked us into 1 room when we booked two and when I asked her where our other room was she checked us into the same room again. then i said what is this? she said oh im so sorry and had to check us in to a room 1 more time. Then when we get up there and look around there's gross stuff up agaist the bottom of the door. The floor towel in the 1st room had make up on it and was damp still. After setting up all our things and getting ready to go to sleep, I pull the covers back to sit in wet bedding!!! I was so diagusted thw sheets were wet the matteress pad was wet teh mattress it self was wet. Itold the staff and she was sorry, she said she will replace the sheets and take my blanket to dry it and switch me sheets but I didnt know how bad it was at that time. When i toom off thw sheets, the mattress pad was wet and the bed. So she is standing at the door with just sheets... mind you it's 3am and Im having to wait for dryatteress pads to be brought up to me and I didnt worry much abput the blanket on top cause it wasn't as bad it was slighty cold from sitting on top of wet bedding. So I had to put a towel down on the mattress I had to make the whole bed afyer having to snatch the whole thing apart after driving 3 hours and only comimg to this hotel to sleep. My back was hurting badly I had 6 kids with me in 2 rooms and by tge time I was done making that bed I wanted to cry from how much pain I was in. I couldn't sleep untill 5:30am then at 6am People started walking by laughing and talking loudly. I woke up over and over again from the doors being so thin hearing every person as they had their morning coversations. And my heart and body was shaking and vibrating from exhaustion. I go a combined 30-45mins of sleep. Was too tired to enjoy my trip with the kids to wildwaves.

Pool is indoor but not heated, so it was too cold for my family who usual I can’t get out of the pool, the only lasted 10-20 minutes the whole trip, very uncharacteristic of them do to the cold pool. Other than that it was a find hotel for hotel standards. Needs some repairs, but keep fairly clean.

Just kind of a bummer place to stay, honestly. We booked it for the pool for the kids and it was freezing cold and not very clean, they lasted about 5 mins. Hot tub was also under construction, which was a bummer and didn’t appear to be disclosed - I even called ahead and they didn’t mention it. Our shower wasn’t very clean (hairs) and there were leftovers from the previous visitors in the fridge. There were also constantly smokers just outside the front door which wafted up into the rooms. Not to mention all of the very loud construction going on behind the building. The breakfast was decent, I’ll give the place that. Won’t stay again and pretty disappointed.

I felt like it's worse than the last time we stayed a year ago. Many stuffs (a dryer, a ventilation in a bathroom, a TV, a refrigerator) didn't work well. We called a front about them, but they never showed up... The only good thing is a bed.

The hotel is nice. The continental breakfast was very disappointing.
-
The room was clean and comfortable though!
-
Good location Stock of towels and shampoo to be enough for the day
-
The property was clean. The staff was wonderful and polite. The rooms and everything were great

I generally have been very happy with the place. But for the past couple months, the water in the shower is lukewarm only. No matter which room I'm staying in. I have complained about this repeatedly. Get it together!! I should give you 2 stars. What is the problem? I've asked other folks when I'm there, and they have the same issue. Otherwise, a good place.

I enjoyed the stay here because the businesses around this area! Cafes/food, grocery stores, shopping, gas, etc. All very convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few things I noticed that were a bit damaged. Like a doorknob in the bathroom and the wood under the mini fridge. But overall, it was clean and cozy.

The room was clean, however the floors were always sticky. We asked for a extra blanket on day one and never received it
-
Our morning showers were cold the first morning, we were on the second floor. The cleaning product used was over powering upon entry to the room yet many hairs were missed. The most bothersome was the one in the fridge. The light switches on the lamps were difficult to find but that could have just been me. Unfortunately, the second elevator was down but the wait wasn't that long just with the one. The hot tub was also down which was a major bummer since we were in town for a softball tournament. The parking spaces were small but there seemed to be enough for everyone. Parking in the back also. The breakfast was good and the time available was sufficient.
-
The room was dirty. Loud people with their pets live there. Door lock system has issues. Not a lot of towels. One elevator was down. Some alarm randomly went off every morning. Very disappointed in this Comfort Inn.
-
Bed was comfortable Seemed very run down for the location and comfort inn
-
On the "plus" side, the bed was okay and the sheets appeared to be clean.
