Comfort Inn Federal Way - Seattle

It was a bit sketchy outside in front of the hotel. An apparent homeless person was hanging out there on a bench for both nights. It wasn’t a comfortable feeling.

They must put various of food ,not same menu every day Nothing

Falling apart, smells, poor condition.

The price offered, two queen beds, and offered Wifi. It was breakfast offered. There was no WiFi at all and we stayed at the Comfort Inn twice. Stop offering WiFi when the guests get to the rooms, the building has no working WiFi at all. No available clean towels or rags were given to us. The maids do what they want to do in my experience. Some of thee front desk clerks do not care about the guests. Also, my bank says my card was charged twice and I have to wait to resolve this. Breakfast was rushed and the sausage was not throughly cooked. The bathroom was a inconvenience to me and my husband because of the setup of the toilet and tub close together.

Free Wifi Proporty had an odor

Halls smelled like urine. The rooms had a smell to them. Beds seemed clean. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Staff was nice. Breakfast was typical but we didn't eat there.

Good for the price, great location with lots of stores and restaurants but still quiet at night.

Any positive reviews on this property are misleading. The photos are also misleading. Absolutely nothing on this property is maintained. The “fitness center” has 2 treadmills that do not work, a cable machine with the cables split and hanging, and caution tape in the shower or restroom part of it. Front desk staff spends most of their time chain smoking cigarettes outside, while non guests hang around the front picking out their half smoked butts once they walk away. The actual bed was comfortable, the rooms had fridges and microwaves, but that’s all that was redeeming. mildew lined the showers, and the hall and rooms smelled like old wet laundry, probably because of the carpeting. Pool and jacuzzi out of order, elevators not working. And I read the other reviews about the amenities where staff replied and said they were under maintenance. Nothing is maintained here, just broken.

Could here the neighbors in the next room talking. Was a room with a connecting door. Walls very thin. Pool closed.

Staff was not very professional in their communication. Sink and bath tub in the room weren't draining well and hair dryer stopped working within two minutes. I also noticed ants in the room. Toilet was kept running water after every use. We mentioned these issues to the staff and they didn't do anything to address these issues. Overall, we were not very happy with the room and staff.

Absolutely a trash pit! Over flowing sewer into room. Broken elevator and pool. Hotel stunk, filthy rooms! Staff treated us like garbage for mentioning over flowing septic and filth. Do not stay here!

Dirty

I didn't have high expectations given that it's a comfort inn, but some of the other reviews and photos were quite deceiving, so much so that I was willing to book for a quick weekend stay while in town for an event. Use of the hotel was going to be limited and as long as it was clean enough, I was fine with it. But this may be easily the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. It's in a questionable area that didn't feel safe, the hallway and rooms wreaked, everything was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, staff was not exactly the most friendly when they could be found, and everything was broken in some capacity. The microwave worked and the mini fridge provided was spacious so I guess that was a plus.

The breakfast is always a nice bonus and hot coffee always ready on hand Pool and hot tube were broke, main reason why we picked this place. 1 elevator was out of service. And saw a huge rat outside the building.

Hot buffet breakfast

Although it's small, I've been to 3 other Jacks it had everything I needed and the young man hosting was great. Although I live in sequim I am often near your restaurants while watching my grandkids games. Please open 1 on the peninsula somewhere. I'd drive an hour or so to eat your bbq. Thanks, Debby

Pool was not open. This should be disclosed and was the deciding factor in picking a hotel. Breakfast was limited and food was bland. 1 elevator was down and there was alot of guest.

Nothing! It was dirty and gross. Everything! Everything was bad. Dirty, gross, disgusting. The hole reason I booked the room there was for the pool. Well it looks like it's been closed down for years. Should not be able to advertise that they have a pool. False advertisement!

The gal working was great! The hotel is outdated and appears dirty. Floors and towels were stained. Our first room's toilet didn't work. We let the gal at the front desk know but she was already dealing with the light out in the one out of two elevators that was working. They were able to get it fixed fairly quick. She wasn't sure if they had a plunger and ended up moving us to a new room. For the money it wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.
