Excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Quick check inns. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Parking is secure. Shopping mall and restaurants near by only short walk. WIFI was fast.

Really great hotel. Very clean and great staff. Each morning, there were different options of breakfast. Some hotels offer the same menu every morning and this hotel did not which was great! Housekeeping also did a great job cleaning our rooms and tidying up our beds. It was very clean and peaceful. You couldn’t hear between the walls or the halls anybody. There’s also a ton of great food places to choose from that is close to the hotel so that was another great thing about this hotel. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again.

Breakfast is great and it is a perfect location for us. We did not get the room we had reserved upon our late check in the first night and Mike was unable to correct it? The next day Michelle took wonderful care of us and was able to correct our room situation. So appreciate her and her service!! See the above response.

Great front desk, was able to accommodate a late arrival during a stressful time.

I drove my EV and picked this hotel for its onsite charging stations. Then was disappointed to find out that 2 out of 4 chargers had the cables cutoff. And the other 2 had cars connected but not charging all night. I asked front desk if they charged extra fees from people leaving their cars occupying those spots without charging and nobody seemed to know anything about that “amenity”. Decent breakfast, good hotel otherwise.

I really liked the breakfast options and how clean the place was. I just would have liked the pool water would have been warm. The pool room was warm, but the water was really cold.

Overall we are very happy. Just minor parking spots are too narrow.

When we arrived we were told that there had been 5 car break ins. Apparently it isn't as safe of an area as it has been in years past. Also, there may have been bed bugs, several of us had bites. The hotel itself was nice, pool area was clean, breakfast was good.

Great room, staff and easy location to get into with lots of parking and I was hauling a 20ft flatbed
