I went to check into the hotel for the room that I reserved.It said it slept three people! After I went to the room and realized there was no pullout bed for a third person. I had went back to the checking desk and they had said that they could not help me because they were full.And I'd have to take it up with expedia, so my only option was to sleep on the floor! We then left for dinner.I got a text message from them.Asking if I would like another room, I said, yes, of course.Thank you very much... When I returned back to find, they wanted me to pay for another room. Just not transferring me.I'm not sure where the hospitality end begins at this hotel, but it definitely didn't start there at that day. I slept two nights on the floor! They even actually thought it was funny

There is so much to mention. From the clean rooms, the friendly staff to the wonderful breakfast (so many options). We stayed on a very busy weekend (state wrestling tournament) and there was plenty of parking .

Location size i stayed in a king suite room Was alittle pricey

Everything was great. But shower took 15 minutes to warm up.

Price

It was pretty clean inside and outside. I believe housekeeping crew could have been nicer. It also was cold throughout the facility.
